Hmmm...my assumption is that Shiva learned all about those glass-like shards' usage from the Fortune Hunter, so that's how she would know what they do. Nathan probably knows of them too, being native to Creshire and and a budding historian/ruin maniac.
Well, guess whether Shiva gets the seaglass is partially dependent on if she wants to use it later down the line for more than just decoration.

That seashard would be used to help Azu training her Water type-moves. That shard of duskglass is currently not more than a rare jewel filled with natural energy(!) and gift from a person she enjoyed company with *coughFortuneHunterLady*, it's more of an item she attatched to emotionally. She really enjoys wearing it all the time!

Since Duskglass amplifies Ghost powers in some manner, it might attract more spectral attention towards you if worn in location with a high density of the type. Like, say for example, the Skull Ruins? A Ghost Charm of that nature might draw more dangerous spirits towards you, not repel them!

It might draw dangerous Ghost Types to her, that's right, as well as calm sad Spirits like Yamask, but she'll surely put the talisman away securely once the time to enter the Skull Ruins themselves has come.

This is the feeling I'm getting from Ven playing Ambush with Nathan. How heartwarming!

I'll go offline then as well. If Iron comes back and brings us to the Dojo for training, I'd like to have Cottonee, Ronin Spearow(!) - the bird might enjoy the Martial Art being practiced there - and especially Azurill train there. The blue mouse is supposed to work on her Water Gun before she'll be ready to train to bring up bubbles for the sake of Bubble Beam instead.
Windos, feel all free to bring up the offer to join camping outside of town for a proper rest~ But please do so while we're alone for a short time. You'll see why.

Ven's expilicitly said to Nathan that he wanted to take him to the aquarium to cheer him up, not make him even more glum. Then he had the audacity to leave both of them alone and breaking the peaceful happiness Shiva was experiencing! Really, if Ventus doesn't spook the sadness out of him, than he would fail in his original intent for the trip, which would be just terrible! So, let the surprise flow through your character, and banish that melancholiness from your mind!
RE: [Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins - Dragonstrike - 06-29-2017
Well, he was doing somewhat better already...I'd say melancholy is a step up from what he'd been feeling before. Not sure the surprise was necessary to accomplish that, but whatever...now we deal with the consequences...

Welp, let the chips fall where they may! At the very least, Ventus and Kirlia had a much needed good laugh at you character's detriment! They say element of surprise (or good timing) is crucial in good comedy, hehehe!
RE: [Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins - Dragonstrike - 06-29-2017
Well, all's well that ends well, I suppose. Kirlia seems to know what he's doing, at least
Now then, mechanical question, @Iron: does Paralysis's Dexterity drop effect stack with a normal stat reduction from a move like String Shot or Electroweb (assuming the Paralysis doesn't bring their Dex down to 1 already, of course)?
