RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Dragonstrike - 08-15-2017 Reiner is certainly startled by this outburst and new information. Startled enough that he doesn't really think too much about what he 'says' next, and mostly just reacts... 'I...don't know. Maybe it has something to do with walking a fine line between opposing forces. Maybe it was because he thought I'd need it more than he did. Only Valarie himself knows the answers to those questions, and we're not going to be able to get any answers from him until Saturday if we want to pursue them. Frankly, I'm pretty put off by this weapon as well. But it's better than having only a knife, and I've had too many guns pointed at me lately to just throw away something that could come in handy, however unnerving it might feel to hold on to it. It's not something I want to use if I can avoid it, but having a backup plan is always useful.' (Maybe Mew will pick up on Reiner's slight slip up?) RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Spiritmon - 08-15-2017 (08-14-2017, 09:59 PM)Lord Windos Wrote: Agemi Strans Battle Round 2! That word. Again. Justice. How much that word irritates Arial. That guy dont know the meaning of that word. Before he give orders to his Pokemon, Arial say in a deep voice with guy. "Bring you to justice, heh? Let me tell you a secret mate. Fouls like you dont know about the meaning of that word. If justice exists, people like me would not exist. The only justice this world care is...THE JUSTICE OF THE STRONGER!" Then he take his pockeball and call back his Duplicate. Then he bring another Pokeball and close his eyes for a second. "Let me show you a world of pain you idiot. Come my Third King! Melchior!" Then throw his Pokemon revealing another rare Pokemon. A green lince with metalic parts from his body and ragerous feline eyes prepare to tear apart any enemy. Metalynx came. "Ready to cook that bird Melchior?" Metalynx lick his lips with the idea and let out a roar. "Thats my boy. Baltazar do your best too, and you too Melchior. Baltazar endure that pain and use Confusion in that bird. Prove yourself why you are one of my "Kings". If not work use Ancient Power two times. Melchior use Iron Defence then use Metal Clawn two times. If you get hurt use Synthesis. Tear him apart!" It was almost Arial was other person. Just like a malefic personality. RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Lord Windos - 08-15-2017 (Unless I know said slip up, she is not going to, mate. She might pick it up later if you tell me, though. Might is the key word, however...( Mew was not sastisfied with you answer for the most part, but she knew that it would be all that she would get out of you for the time being, and crosses their arms and tilts her head down as they just quietly grumbled angrily outload. 'Grrrr.....that may be it, but Mamudo Eclipse from my memory only accepts cold blooded killers with little scrumples, or people who are willing to go to any lengths and depths, not matter how vile, abominable, wretched, or Dark , in order to accomplish what they set out. If you are smack dab between 'good' and 'evil', then it must be a very narrow divide indeed. Probably be able to wield Megido's Revelation and T.D.W , along with T.P.K , given how spread you are between ailgments on type affinities. If only I could get my hands...er, paws on Valarie and a half hour to interrogate them, we could both have more answers, but in my state finding him will be borderline in impossible in the city. When he doesn't want to be found, the Engima isn't found unless you are teaming up with Darkrai.' 'I'd destroy that gun myself, if their kind were not indestructible and not Dark type infused, and I ask you to bury it if it wouldn't find its way into your possesson again SOMEHOW. Once an Arm find its next master, its almost impossible to separate the two for long...unless you manage to kill its wielder. Haaaa....that gun is cursed, Reiner, the same with its other 'kin'. They all have extraordinary powers for extraordinary prices, and that thing has a particularly nasty one called Reaper's Touch . Any kill shot made by it will land, not matter how far fetched or brutal it is, and the damage inflicted get worse depending on how bulky/powerful the target is. The price, though, is that eats into you own life force as well and can break your entire depending on how powerful the shoot is. Its not a force of corruption, but it IS a piece of Death itself, so best beware its using AT ALL if possible. Any kill shot could be the death of you too, so please exercise caution and keep it away from anyone you care about....'' the psychic feline said, before they floated over to the bed and landed on it, panting a bit as they did so. That angry outburst must have tuckered her out a bit, but the contempt they hold for the new weapon in your possession is still lively as ever. She REALLY does not like you owning it, but knows that she can't do anything about that unless she kills you, and that is the last thing she ever desires! So, she's stuck around a weapon that was specifically designed to kill powerful types like her, and there was nothing she could do about it. Greeeeaaaaat..... RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Dragonstrike - 08-15-2017 'Oh...well, I guess that explains why Valarie knew it wouldn't kill me outright, then...that second description is rather...accurate. Mostly...' Hmmm...he didn't even comment on the shots never missing...he must be feeling really out of sorts...he still isn't even fully aware that he also just hinted at some of his recent doubts... RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Lord Windos - 08-15-2017 Agemi Strans Battle Round 3! Once Gasper was returned to its Pokeball, Baltazar was freed from the bad synergy from working with them, but Melchior suddenly was subjected to it instead! Bleeegh....he doesn't work well with either of his master's Pokémon (Especially that other cat thing) , but he'll do what his master commands...the first thing of which is hardening itself for battle! Melchior Initiative: Same as Gasper Iron Defense Accuracy: DEX (3) + Fight (2) + Channel (1) - 2 Actions - 2 BT = 4D6 (6)(5)(3)(5) Melchior's Defense is raised by 2! Sorry!] + Channel (1) + 1 Accuracy - 2 Pain - 3 Actions = 4D6 Dice (4)(2)(2)(4) Damage: STR (*3) + 3 + STAB - Vitality (*2 [No Guard Side Effect]) = 5D6 Damage (4)(5)(1)(5)(5) Mega Pigeot takes 4 Damage; 4/8 HP , - 2 Pain The giant pigeon was displease, to say the least, about her feathers being ruffled and her last move doing jack all, has all the incentive to try it again to take their burning anger out on your partners in crime! Heat Wave Accuracy: DEX (*6) + Fight (2) + Channel (2) - 2 Pain - 1 Accuracy Negated by No Guard - 2 Actions =6D6 Dice (4)(3)(6)(3)(1)(5) Hits both Pokémon! Seeing red, the cat pounces on the bird brained fool, raking his iron hard claw across her body! Metal Claw Accuracy: DEX (3) +Fight (2) + Brawl (1) - 1 Pain - 4 Actions - 2 BT = 1 Chance Dice (If it lands on a 6, it hits, if not, kitty suffers something bad!) (6) Hit! Damage: STR (*1) + 2 + STAB - Vitality (*2 [No Guard Side Effect]) = 2D6 (2)(6) Mega Pigeot takes 1 Damage; 3/8 HP , - 2 Pain More rocks rise from the ground to be pelted at the magnificiant eagle, summoned by the raw power of your psychic rock golem! (2)(3)(6)(4)(4) Mega Pigeot is knock from the sky by the primal moved, knocked out in the process! The foreigner looked extremely frightened, nervous, and just about ready to bolt from the scene, but a growl from the iron hard kitten and the space monster hovering around to block his only escape route pinned him in place, leaving him with no way out baring trying to fight your Pokémon mano a mano. Which was, for a pansy like he was, a BAD IDEA. His Pokémon were still passed out on the battlefield, as he didn't have time to recall them before you made your move. All your Pokémon and yourself gain 10XP from this encounter. Whatever you get is up to what you loot/mug off him.... RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Spiritmon - 08-15-2017 "Now. I should let Melchior eat you to make you undestand what I mean about the strong. But I have other ideas." He bring his Pokeball and free his Duplicat. Giving a order Baltazar grab the man to not let him escape. "Gaspar use Confuse Ray in that man. And Baltazar if confuse ray dont work use confusion in that man. We cannot let that guy know about us." Arial was hopping the confuse ray would erase a little bit the memory from that man, to erase the minutes who happen. The man would STILL know someone robbed him, but would cannot know who or how if works. But if not work, Baltazar can use Confusion to erase completely his memory. But if the Confuse be to much strong it would break his mind. And the cops would hunt Arial ass. Its already a mess today. Arial hopes go to right. RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Lord Windos - 08-15-2017 (08-15-2017, 11:39 AM)Dragonstrike Wrote: 'Oh...well, I guess that explains why Valarie knew it wouldn't kill me outright, then...that second description is rather...accurate. Mostly...' The divine legendary knows that her partner is just as discombobulated as she is right now, and lets out a tired sigh as she motions for him to come to bed. 'Haaa....you just as mentally worn out as I am right now, so I wouldn't overthink things too much unless you want to completely exausht yourself futilely mulling over what Valarie 'discussed' with you, so I suggest some good old bed rest for the both of us. With some sleep and time to distance ourselves from today's revelations, we should be able to think and react clearly based on what was learned. That, and keeping Emily occupided and entertain, while a little fun to do, is a pretty taxing job in of itself, and I need all the energy I can get to endure her own Vitality once more...' RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Lord Windos - 08-15-2017 Flashback to Last Night with Arial! The terrified tourist almost bolts at your menacing words, but your Astronite quickly react by grappled him with their telekinetic powers to halt him completely in his tracks. The man stuggles fiercely struggle in Baltazar's grasps as Gasper conjures up a ball of errie, mystical light that soon causes their resistence to slowly wane as they become more and more disoriented from staring into the pretty lights.... Why was he here? Who were these people? What was he doing? All these question and more were flooding his mind the longer he was bewitched by the mimic's move, the foreigner's eyes glazing over completely at this point. You take the opportunity to take the Key Stone off him, then do a body search that turns up $5000 Poke , another Hyper Potion, a Full Heal, and the two Pokeballs of Pigeot and Kanghuskan. With their balls, you return the two fainted Pokémon on the battlefield and slip them in somewhere safe on your person. You also end up finding a nice Rolex Watch on his wrist (Worth about $2750 Poke) , and snatch that for your own use as well. After you found everything of significant value on his person you quickly return both of your Pokémon and beat a hasty retreat into the ally ways and to the Pokémon Center to quickly heal you Pokémon, giving you time to review your next (and last) course of action for tonight. When Agemi Strans eventually snaps out of the confusion you caused, he makes a mad dash to the nearest Police Station, causing quite a scene by bursting into the place and rambling about a 'Madman and his Kings taking their tithe for his insolence!' . The on duty officers manage to sedate and calm down the raving dignitary from Kalos, and later has a Psychic type review their memory for what exactly happened. While it was a scrambled mess, they were able to pick out that a thief and his Pokémon mugged the guy and then hit him with a Confusion based attack, alarming everyone of this development. They were already dealing with the Vampire, Romeo and Juliet, and Team Rocket, and now they had a criminal that scrambles peoples brains on top of things! Time to sound the alarms on this dangerous criminal now, and alert every officer in the city about this new threat!!! The Warning Level has increase by 2 for Arial, while going up by 1 for Reiner due to association. Individual levels: 2 For Ariel (1 Tomarrow due to heat dying down), 3 for Reiner (2 Tomorrow due to heat dying down). Encounters: Gambler, Officer Sameal, Light Vendor, Both Salespeople , Random Night time Pokémon Encounter Wednesday Late Night for Ariel; One encounter slot left. RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Spiritmon - 08-15-2017 "Wow. That could go better." After rob everything value from that man Arial and going inside the Pokemon center he finally manages to put his toughts in order."That could go better. Dont you agree Gaspar?" Then he sees Gaspar enjoying a soda, recover after that tough fight."Well since we still have time before we go back, how about a little trip in the night?" Arial heard a sigh from his parthner saying something who would mean:"We not already have more then enough adventure for a day?" "Nah, dont worry, just a last journey then we call a day." He offer his shoulder then Duplicat jump in his shoulder. Then they leave the Pokemon Center. Perhaps with a little luck, perhaps he can find a neat pokemon tonight. Perhaps to add to this party or something. He need a good team along with his kings. (I choose Random Night time Pokémon Encounter) RE: [Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel - Lord Windos - 08-15-2017 Random Pokémon Encounter Determination! Region its From: 1D12 being rolled (8) Its from Tandor! How fortunate! Rarity: 1D20 being rolled(20) Bloody Hell, you found a rare one mate! Danger: 1D100 being rolled (98) ....Oh dear. Rare and dangerous. Get ready for one hell of a fight, friend! You head back into the black night, hitting the streets and allies in search for a new addition to your team. After that nearly botched thievery turned mugging, you realized that having more than three Pokémon on hand (Even if you still have trouble using more than one at a time...) would only improve your odds in surviving in this strange land you now live in. That, and having new friends was always nice, even for a misanthrope such as yourself! At first, you don't find any creature interesting enough to catch your attention (A few Meowths, a couple of Spearow and Pidgys, and the occasional Murkrow) , but then you hear what sounds like terrified yelling and shouting from one of one of the ally ways, before it was silenced by a bright green flash of intense energy! Alarmed and deeply curious as to what the hell was going on , you race down the darkened ally way pulling your mask up as you caught a breath of the foul air. When you arrived, you could only gasp at the discover...and couldn't help the shiver of terror that crawled up your spine. The charred, glowing corpse of a man was splayed against one of the walls, blacked and crack all over from that prior blast of energy. You couldn't recognize ANYTHING based on the damage, but even if you could, every ounce of attention was drawn to the abomination that caused this, intimately familiar with it based on its rare, terrifying sightings in your home region: ![]() XENOQUEEN. You instinctually send out Melchior , knowing that its Steel typing is your best chance at defending yourself from its wrath! It lets out a horrible cry, before readying herself to attack the newest interloper! You spot 2 Nuclear Pokeballs on the ground and snag them, along with a melted one by the former living human being. Looks like its slagged both it and her old master before you got here... Initiatives: Melchior: (1) + 3 = 4 Xenoqueen: (6) + 3 Survival + 3 Dex = 12 Xenoqueen goes first, the Melchior NUCLEAR HAZARD BATTLE ROUND 1! |
