You handed over $6000 Poke to the Merchant, who thumbed through it all to make sure its the right amount, before nodding their head and stowing it away somewhere on their person. They then reached into their shroud/cloack and pulled out 4 Berries in clear little boxes and handed them over to yo. They where a vivid Pink Violent color, with flecks of white smattering the surface of the berry, and the shape sorted looked like one of those curly fluorescent light bulbs.

(You can sell that Rolex Watch right now for its monetary value for extra cash! Medical Items cost the same as they are listed in your Inventory tab [Click on it!] , while specialty items have their own custom costs associated with them. Guns, Arms, and Body armor cost a hell of a lot, so unless you go robbing a bank, you are not getting your hands on them this late in the game...)
