You sure it's secure? My Google Chrome browsers on both mobile and desktop are both seemingly adamant that it's not. Saying something along the lines of 'certificate is not valid'.
I believe by secure, they meant that the site retained all of its information, including the posts - as in the site's information was secured. I'm seeing the issue with the certificate as well, so I do hope that gets fixed soon
By the way, hi everyone! Windos is letting me join as a Roleplay-focused character - we're working out the deets, but I should be jumping into the game thread soon

Annoucement: I'll be posting sometime tomorrow or late tonight - I got a couple of days off, and while I have some long errand to take care of I have clear enough of my given tasks to squeeze in some posts. Probably going to be focusing on getting Kitty up to speed and the Fights that Darron and Vern are in, but who knows how fast those will take once I sit down and start typing?

Well, it's not locked anymore after Windos revealed certain information earlier in this meta thread...having Unovan connections just has consequences due to some events that happened in the background buildup for the game's setting. Might be a good idea to do a little reading (but be warned that Windos does not shy away from typing out a very grim and dark tale).
Windos posted a few lore tidbits to build up information on the Scimitars/Mages and the world at large and set the scene. He started with this post on page 4. This went on for a few pages, and there's bits and pieces scattered through the thread from page 4 to page 9, with a bit more about Unova on Pages 13 and 14.
One page you might want to bookmark is Page 8, since there's a hand drawn map of Sutalör on that page.
As an additional note, this campaign actually takes place around 70 years after the events of most of the main series games and our prior campaigns, so there's going to be a lot of changes to pre-established characters (if they're still around to begin with! Professor Magnolia in this game would likely be Professor Sonia or Hop instead, for example). This is also an alternate universe (pokemultiverse theory being canon is a wild thing), so there might be some 'creative liberties' with some characters and natural laws as well.

I've just finished reading through all of the Game Thread *and* Meta Thread, and... well. That was a serotonin-and-dopamine-flooded roller-coaster! I cried several times, both joyfully and from sadness. Y'all are doing an amazing job, and I'm really excited to become a part of this!
By the way - was anyone else in the path of the eclipse yesterday?

I'm on the side of Umbreon personally, due to its design revolving around an eclipse motif, but I'd like to hear y'alls thoughts.
Oh, and @Spiritmon: As I understand it, you're doing all this through a translator? I'm really impressed! You're doing an amazing job. Just wanted to say, in case I pull out something that the translators don't like, please let me know! I really don't want to inconvenience anyone
and getting on the bad side of the person who's got all the healing power isn't a great idea lol
