Nobody has an answer for this? We were supposed to be able to change it to Gamma as of this update but I don't see a way to do that. Its sprite also moves much quicker in the menu than it does in battle.

Gamma Urayne in a player's hand is never supposed to happen ever ever. It was never planned to do that. It was specifically planned to never allow that.

Then why did ttgjailbreak specifically say that it was something we could do as of 1.0.4? I don't understand. The release notes also say "Uranium Core - Should now be able to be equiped to Urayne as intended." but if it can't be equipped as a held item, what does this mean? It's separate from the note about now allowing it to freely change between Alpha and Beta, so I'm not confident it means the same thing.

He's probably wrong?
Equipped might be a typo or misphrasing, I'm not sure. But in one of the patches, you couldn't even use the Core to transform Urayne into his Beta form at all - it was broken.
And in all of the patches you couldn't go back once you had turned Urayne into his Beta form. Maybe now you can.
That's my take on it. We'll see.
