RE: [Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands - Pokekitty2 - 04-29-2024 (04-29-2024, 12:36 PM)PhantomUnderYourDesk Wrote: I have the impression that Espeon aka Sylvia is a very polite Pokemon, which has a neat synergy my my chara, so I do look forward seeing how they teo might interact. Oh, I'm very excited to get to interact with all the wonderful, colorful characters! And yeah, I guess Sylvia ended up very polite - but she states exactly what she means and seeks to avoid conflict, so "blunt and wary," but all that coming across as polite isn't at all bad and only serves her means, so I'm very glad of it :) (and I just like politeness). That said, she's also information-focused and inquisitive, and with Bernhard's dislike of those qualities... it'll be interesting, to say the least :D RE: [Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands - Lord Windos - 05-03-2024 Apologies everyone for the lack of posts, but work has kept me tired and busy and I've been going through my backlog of games to try and counterbalance the drain. I'll begin posting momentarily, though I suggest checking back after a few hours since I'll be doing all the response in another BIG WAVE. In the meantime, and as partial pennance for making you guys wait with no announcements, I'll answer one Lore Related Question from each of you! Well, so long as it isn't too spoilerly, though that alone may prove Insightful enough if you're clever about what you're asking for... Are there any stories about particularly intelligent Pokemon from Sultalor that Sylvia might know of? Aside from the (once-)Legendary 'mons that clearly have communicative capabilities. I was getting slighty worried already, hoping that nothing foul has potentially befallen my OTP... Thank you for dispelling these thoughts in an instant! ♡⌒ヽ(*'、^*)chu Not so happy to hear that work is busy and draining, but good to know you've got games to counteract the drain, yay! What game/s keeping you hooked the most recently, my dear? Well, so long as it isn't too spoilerly, though that alone may prove Insightful enough if you're clever about what you're asking for...In that case, can I ask for more information on the Soulabi Flowers? Aka these that Iron Leaves let grow, and which Bernhard collected for alchemistic purposes. Like, more info on these, potential usage, special powers... Was/is there potentially anything in the huge amount of books he has in his personal lab that he recalls? If that's too spoilery, here's an alt question: RE: [Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands - Lord Windos - 05-03-2024 (05-03-2024, 11:41 AM)Pokekitty2 Wrote:(05-03-2024, 08:33 AM)Lord Windos Wrote: Apologies everyone for the lack of posts, but work has kept me tired and busy and I've been going through my backlog of games to try and counterbalance the drain. Hmm...you've heard of the group of Slowking Scholars that reside in the Mageocracy, who migrated their in order to broaden the scope of their wisdom. Their is also rumors of 'Sage' Pokemon that reside deep within Native Territories and clans, ones that hold great power and intelligence accumulated over the ages. Finally, their is a Pokemon politician that works in Verdentia - a Hisuan Lilligant by the name of Veronica that works mainly in keeping the various farming communities happy and in good order. --- @PhantomUnderYourDesk For the Flowers - They are created aspects of I.L.s power made manifest, and have myriad properties and interactions concerning Will, Growth, and Insightfulness. This is what your PC can determine after cross refrencing their magical knowhow and their own experience with working with similar phenomena. You also notice that they never wilt and remain crisp and perky, unlike most other plants once harvested. RE: [Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands - Mikaruge108 - 05-03-2024 Quick question: is the Mr. Mime Kantonian or Galarian? I'm assuming that since you didn't specify, it is Kantonian, but wanted to double check. I fit it in through conditionals, but still am curious which it is RE: [Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands - Lord Windos - 05-03-2024 (05-03-2024, 08:58 PM)Mikaruge108 Wrote: Quick question: is the Mr. Mime Kantonian or Galarian? Kantonian! Also - remember that you can't spam Moves in my campaign, mate! Rollout is Multi-Hit, so it CAN be spammed, but the rest can only be used once per Round! Noted, thank you, dear!~ Will certainly nake good use of these then, especially since they're related to Will, hehe. Also, are you possibly holding off progressing Bernhard's Encounter with Mr.Gleam and Saph? How so and why? Is it possibly due ho it being my 2nd Encounter? Since you progressed the others, but not me. If so, can you please tell so beforehand that you'll do so? Yes, for I wanted more time to think out on how it shall turn out without it being too...overcomplicated yet not intriguing enough. I'll be updating it before tomorrow at the latest once I got a general outine properly hammered out - sorry for putting you on hold, dear... |
