I'm already there to help, fret not! The Fairy Wind is not meant to directly attack Axew or start a battle, just ward him off from you. However, I feel like Shiva might not be too impressed by people who fail to have their Pokemon under control.

Perhaps she could remember that caring, rearing, handling, and training a Dragon type is one of the most difficult things to do, besides doing the same things for Steel, Fairy, Psychic, and Ghost types? I mean, Ven most likely brought up the topic once or twice to everyone on the journey thus far, and Shiva has been on the receiving end of Draconic temper before, so perhaps some sympathy might be in order instead?

You're not wrong on this... I'll keep that in mind. It's funny how she said 'Please take good care of it (Axew)' and the next moment he was biting his owner.

Things don't work the same here as they do in my Pokerole game, my friend, so Iron isn't likely to give you a easy way to raise the Loyalty of your Pokémon. He's more liable to take it away if you do something particularly boneheaded or if you go against his expectation, you know! If possible, might want to see if you can't get some Honey, A Soothe Bell, or Ventus' help to get that dragon of yours under control. Asking Dr. Mallorn for the second could be possible, especially if you still have some dosh leftover to purchase one straight up, or are willing to arrange a trade for doing something for him.

Yeah you right. Hmm I change to ask if there a Pokemart or something to buy some items. Potions, full heal, etc. Loyalty I will find my way.

Shiva actually owns two Soothe Bells: One her Azurill has (NO, you will not get this one, it belongs to the blue mouse!) and one old and slightly faded one attatched to a Minccino's Tail she brought from home and uses to play with her Pokemon.
We have Ranc Berries in Iron's campaign which Pokemon enjoy to eat. Loyality is something that developes over time by i.a. bonding with the Pokemon.

Windos's campaign has them too. The berries also only affect happiness as far as I'm aware.

But they don't auto-raise Happiness and/or Loyality, which I'm quite thankful for actually because it's just... it feels more natural to me. Nothing against you though, Windos.

You can think of them as a multiplier on Happiness gain.
In a shorter-term campaign, it's probably more important to have access to instantaneous effects.

Oh... Hell, it looks like Kirlia DID notice Ventus. I sense trouble incoming, huge trouble, and Shiva having to deal with it and preventing them from getting at each others throat...after the Running, that is. When she has actually not much time nor energy for this since she wanted to save both of that for her very first Gym Battle...
