And there we have it. Wonder how Shiva will react...

Oh my, I didn't expect to make him sob... *launches improvised Master Plan*

This was following my master plan all along, actually!
Ventus, Nathan has trouble seeing himself as being an actual friend of because of...well, the moral disagreements and such. Kinda hard for him to move past those currently.
Valder's...well, Valder.
Heart's the new guy he doesn't see much reason in trusting for now.
Shiva...Shiva's kinda different. He's wanted to be able to rely on her since day one (though the reasons have changed over time). She's the one person in the current group that Nathan would be able to properly label as a friend depending on how this goes...

Hearing-reading this delights me to bits.

On the flipside of the equation, Ventus has trouble being friend with Nathan because he's extremely combative and arguementative when things don't go his way, and constantly being pressured to their way of thinking or course of action is not very pleasurable experience. He of course still loves/cares for the boy and wishes the very best for him, but its goes to show that my character has annured to this and is wary regarding his every action towards them, lest he sets them off...
Their friendship distinctly reminds me of this: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/WithFriendsLikeThese

Oh hey, that trope mentions a Friendless Background! That sounds awfully familiar...

@Iron, finished.

Do forgive me that it took a while, usually it wouldn't take that long because there isn't a huge amount of details in the drawing... Work got me busy, Gold has been released on Virtual Console, added Pokemon Vega to must-play after collecting any info I could get, so... Nevermind, enjoy.
Dunno whether I failed or succeeded on that forcefield - but it surely was fun to write in Unown.

The Absol is gorgeous, but what's that in Kirlia's shadow?
(Actually it's all gorgeous!)

Ehhh, thanks!~ That's just a copyright-related phrase that I add on every drawing I share to make sure I don't infrige other people's cerations (like, the Pokemon Franchise is not mine) plus the date when the art has been created.
