You can talk while you drive. That's the nature of an async game.
And I wouldn't know how to run you looking for Vince, because I'm not sure where he is myself.

True enough, I suppose. Sorry for the grief, mate.

Poetic justice, I guess? There's absolutely no other reason I can think of for the dice to treat Nathan so favorably in that stealth portion. 2 D6 +1 vs 5 D6 is an absolutely lopsided comparison.

(6)(3) +1 = 2 successes
Ventus has 2Dex + 3 survival:
(1)(4)(1)(1)(6) - 1 success. Ventus was doing a really good job, but unfortunately stepped on a twig at the exact moment Nathan looked up.
Nathan sees Ventus, but not until he has already spoken.
(Iron loves rolling dice)
I have a 1 in dex, Iron, but thanks for giving me a slight advantage anyway! Looks like the dice don't like it when Ven's acting skevy!

Oops, had your char sheet open and everything. Musta looked at your Vitality.

At least it didn't impact the result at all. No matter which die you remove, that's still a fail for Ventus on trying to be stealthy.

Hey, Nathan found out in the end, right? So all is good in the world!
There is a sliver lining to being caught, however: Nathan all but guaranteed to read Ventus his Miranda Rights when he the opportunity. He's also disappointed at Ventus, instead of afraid or ignoring him. So, I guess being caught ended up a good thing?

Yeah. And I put the dice up in the order I rolled them, so if I have to I'll always remove the one furthest right. Or just let an error in favor of the player stand.

I think you'll find this next little bit in the game thread interesting, Windos. Should help ease things later.

It certainly does, DragonStrike! Thanks for throwing me a bone there, mate!
