I was at first confused...But then I remember Misdreaveus have a paradox variant from the past. So what we saw was a paradox variant? Awesome.

A little less awesome when you remember that Flutter Mane is on the list of Malefic Monstrum (and for good reason), but yes! A sighting in the city would be of great interest to Seddi and Sada.
