A Pokemon that's uncommon in distant Tandor is super duper rare to hear about or obtain in Creshire, if you want to think about it that way.
But it's obviously not Glaslug because it's green + red and glided down from a tree lol. I'd love to see an animation of Glaslug doing that.

Should note for the future that Mud Slap doesn't have inherent inaccuray, it only lowers the target's accuracy by 1. It's easier to tell in the 1.2 version of the book because inhernetly lower accuracy has a red background, while the effect infliction has a white one.
