Oh... Indeed, given how this guy has practically caught her off guard as he said she has the Fortune Hunter's smell all over herself, she didn't think of the idea that his service may not be for free. She perked up and looked somewhat embarrased at this sensation, which manifests in Shiva stroking through the sidely strands of her held together by a pitchblack hair clip with one of her hand.

She's happily accepting the card of Mr. Finder, reads it, then places it there where she already has the card of Dr. Hypericac as well as her Breeder's Lisence and Trainer's Card. "Thank you! I'll speak with the others of the group I'm traveling through this region first, but I'll let you know in case we'd like to hire you. How much can we roughly expect to pay you  if we decide to hire you, say for a full day?"

For the sake of pace, continueing after he answered:
Out of pure curiosity, Shiva indeed went to the Medium that Mr. Finder has decribed dwelling it, and likely finding that he was completely right! H...How neat! She felt lucky and blessed by the stars that she has met and hugged the Fortune Hunter not too long ago, and that he has noticed her smell on her with his highly sensitive nose. 

Next up, before she'll get to Item Buying as the last thing she'll probably can do before it'll be time to head to the Cress Museum if she doesn't want to miss Professor Mallorn, was... taking a look at all the Pokemon people were selling, as well as sell BOTH Nuzleaf she caught for 1200$ in total. Better give them a new home instead of having one of the laying around on her PC for post-campaign breeding purposes! She keeps the two pink petals, will find a Herbalist concerning them when she'll visit the Medium tomorrow. It's unlikely that she'll buy one Pokemon here for herself unless it really really catches her, she + Cottonee + Lilith + Furret are mostly windowshopping here.

"Well, that depends on if it's dangerous or not! I have to follow a nearby scent..." He clasps his robed hands together and peers at you over the booth.

"For something or someone within city limits, $750 per item. Plus expenses, and plus a convenience fee if someone doesn't want it to be found. For something farther afield, it depends on the distance I must travel. Wildlands costs extra. I once sniffed out a rare item within Mt. Molten for $10,000 plus expenses. The customer said it was a deal at twice the price, when all was said and done. I can work faster if I have something with the proper scent on it."


Yes, the Medium is there, with her dark blue draperies around her booth. She's a silver haired woman, caressing a particularly smooth Poliwag which spends time on her lap like a cat, in a large watery glass globe on the desk, or trotting back and forth on the desk. The innards of her booth are cloaked in shadow.

No Pokemon meeting those specs, sorry!

Carrying such a gargantuan man by himself would have been a grueling task, but thanks to Raichu they were able to get Bottle to the Center in a reasonable amount of time. Not that it was easy on his muscles, though! When the resident Nurse thanked him for their honestly, Ventus accept with good grace and humbleness with just a bow of his head. "Consider it due recompense for everything, and simply because my friend!"

After that random act of kindness the sociologist waited for his own Pokémon to be healed, he went to the PC and swapped out Hanael for Ao Guang, and exited the Center, heading to the Dpt. Store to buy 2 Potions to replace the ones he spent in battle, 2 Burn Heals for a grand total of $900 Poke. When he finished his shopping, he exited the store and summoned Haziel, first letting the hop on his shoulder as per usual before kindly asking them:

"My little prophet, I know I have been keeping you busy today will Teleporting me all over the region, but if I could do a few more trips for me, I promise to reward you for your efforts with some tasty blueberries! Now, could you take me to the Vapor Falls once more, by the river like last time? I wish to give Ao Guang some more exercise in the rapids, and my newest child Azrael - its a baby Deino I hatched from that Egg I was carrying around - and Lilith would certainly appreciate the chance to explore and play in such natural splendor! That, and Lilith would most certainly be easier to appease there than in the city!"

Order: Be nice to the Nurse Joy and give her a $200 tip for putting up with Bottle, then spend $900 Poke to buy back the amount of Potions I used during the battle and 2 Burn Heals for the upcoming REVENGE plot against Chandelure. He'll then ask Haziel to teleport him to Vapor Falls for a Training/relaxation session there, with Ventus feeding and simply spending time with Lilith, Haziel, and Azrael (Playing with his child, and pampering/helping Lilith glide around by summoning Raphael to cart her into the air), while Ao Guang is released into the river to race and swim to his heart's content! Pokémon being 'Trained' : Ao Guang, Azrael, and Lilith.

Afterwards, Ventus will teleport back to Cress City East Pokémon Center, swap out Haziel for Hanael, giving the current party line up of Raphael, Apsis, Lilith, Hanael, Ao Guang, and Azrael. He'll then head off to bed, brainstorming and finalizing the plans he's been silently coming up with in dealing with Chandelure, before sleeping. That should be it!

(Since I was bored and wanted something to do while the day finished for everyone else, I made this scene for the whole Encounter! Enjoy guys!)

The trip to Vapor Falls was just want the doctor order for Ventus and his family, which consider he was one made it all the more justified. Upon teleporting by the river side, the empath looked over to thank his all seeing brother with a gentle carass of his head feather, which he took in silent but notable pleasure as he closed his eyes. He was a wise one, and knew that his feelings of contentment was enough for his trainer to understand. That stoicism of his changed when the empath reached into his bag to pull out a large box of blueberries and offered him a handful with a simple smile, at which point they abandon such pretenses and started to assiduously and with open pleasure began to peck away at the delicious fruit!

After that short snack and another gentle head carass the sociologist placed his prophetic brother on the ground and told them to: "Rest up and explore his surroundings to your heart's content. Just be wary of wild Pokémon, alright Haziel?" He then walked over to the nearby Greenbrair River, and with a flick his wrist he palmed Ao Guang's Pokeball and flick the release button, summoning them right into the drink, and, with hands clasped together and head bowed towards them, simply said: "My lord, the river is your causeway once more. Do as you will and enjoy yourself, sire." Needing scant more incentive than that, the Sea Lord let out a triumphant outcry and began blitzing up the river and straight to the waterfalls. Dispatching imputent Pokémon in the tunnels of Mt. Sentry may have been a adequate way to relieve his stress and to prove his Strength and Supremency over all, but ridding the currents and waves was a joy that could hardly be surpassed by any other for the Azure Dragon! Oh, and his current equip Item is the Soothe Rattle, equipped sometime during this day! Maybe this will help facilitate a stronger bond with him!

Nodding with a sense of shared sastifcation with his great and mighty dragon, Ventus walked a little ways away to a nice flat and grassy area, and sat himself down while pulling Lilith's Pokeball and releasing without much ceremony. Almost immediately after materializing she all but leaped forward and barreled into her trainer's chest, knocking him to the ground with an "Omph!" from him! The birdpent was gripping tightly on his green tweed and was giving him a demonstrative  > : (   expression, which along with the loud *Raaak!* and the demanding glare and feelings being broadcasted from her plainly told him thus: 'Gimmie my sweeties or suffer my wrath!!!' Wowza, that last battle lit a flame under her, and she wouldn't put up being denied her just desserts any longer, hmpt!!!

In contrast to seriousness being exuded by the green demoness, Ventus couldn't help but slightly grinning at how comical it was, annoying his sister even more as she threatened to start Pecking him to release the sweets, until he said to her with an air of amusement in his tone of voice: "You know Lilith, I was about to share some of the blueberries I have recently purchased, but if you rather use me as a cushion I can accommodate that desired. If you still want some, though, would you mind moving yourself to my lap so I may retrieve them for you?"

That got her to mosey on downward and off his chest, allowing him to lean up and brush the grass off (which earned him an annoyed look that said 'Make with the sweets already!'), before he reached into his bag once more to retrieve the much coveted blueberries. Lilith immediately perked up, letting out excited *Chirps* as she hopped up and down in his lap as he grabbed a great big handful, before she stopped, closed her eyes, and opened her mouth. It was clear what she wanted. After all she did for him in the past and today alone, she deserved such royal treatment! This time Ventus actually chuckled at such behavior, shaking his but never the less aquisting to her demands by pinching a few berries at a time and feeding them to her, saying as he did so: "As you wish, my dear sister....."

Later on, after the deific protodragon eaten her fill and let out a sastified  *Burp!*, her now appetite sated and her tempered appeased , the empath decided to let her work this off by summoning Raphael to take her up high into the air to glide around/ride the air currents, to which she responded to the idea with a ^ _ ^ face while clapping their talons together! Nothing can beat sweets, but that doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy flying just as much! Its part of her typing, after all! Once the two flyers were gayly soaring in the sky, Ven let out a fond *Sigh* as he watched them for the longest while, feeling rather blessed that he could have so many wonderful and unique Pokémon as members of his family. Sometimes he felt he didn't deserve such love and devotion, as indeed he had done a great many horrible and morally dubious things in his short life, but then he remembered sleeping with Apsis, or cuddling Raphael as he was a Togepi, the feeling of victory from Michael as he pitted it out against that Gyarados , the little discoveries and joyful moments with Lucifer, Adopting Abaddon........and realized that didn't matter to them. No, all they knew was the kind, generous, and highly eccentric researcher that, while having his less 'savory' moments, was ever a faithful and loving man to them. A sibling to some, a trainer or servent to others, and a father too.....

Truly, he was blessed indeed.....

Eventually he ceased his reminiscing and wretched his gaze from Lilith and Raphael, reorienting himself on the turf until he was sitting crouched on his knees, before he reached into his bag and pulled out Azrael's ball and released them, waiting until they fully materialized before scooping them up in a hug. The blind drake let out a happy cry as their papa huggled them, squirming around and joyfully nibbling all over them as they detected the scent of something new, sweet, and tasty! Something smells yummy, and she's going to find it and nom on it and everything else during the search! This lead to an rather intense play sesson with the dark angel and the sociologist, as both of them tussled together in the grass that smoothly transition to a game of 'hide' and seek, with him using this game as an opportunity to start teaching her to overcome using her sense of smell and hearing to track him done throughout the clearing! (Reaction to this, Iron?)

Regardless of how successful that game with that intent, both had a great deal of carefree fun, with it being crowned/finished off when Ventus gave her the much sought after and coveted blueberries, which quickly became a favorite for the black 'n blueberry herself! Overall, almost everyone in Ven's current party had a nice, relaxing evening in the Vapor Falls area, including the man himself, who's spirits were greatly lifted from such a leisurely and restorative experience. He wouldn't be completely fine until it was taken care of, but this day by and large had been a balm on  All good things must come to an end, however, and as the sun began to set he had to round up everyone (much to Ao Guang's consternation, as he almost made it up the falls!), and a quick Teleport courtesy of Haziel later the researcher was back in Cress City, standing in front of the East Pokémon Center. He looked towards the setting sun with one last fond smile, before it turned into a stoic frown as he turned his gaze towards Mt. Sentry, and his mind projected itself to the Candelabra, where his target lay hiding within. Chandelure. A reckoning was coming for it tomorrow, and he would not stop until it justice and vengeance was achieved, and that wretched, twisted Ghost lay in shambles beneath his heal.

Grim thoughts and plans broiling in his mind, Ventus turned his gaze away from the mountain and headed into the Center, and set about preparing for tomorrow with a perverse sort of earnestness......

Nathan blinks a few times in surprise at Heart's question.

Heart will probably also notice that Ralts is quietly eyeing the picture as well.  In particular, he seems to be most interested in Nathan's dad and Luxray...

Nathan looks down at the picture, scratches the back of his head, looking just a little sheepish...

"...yeah, that's them.  It's also...the only picture of Forthright I have on hand...Forthright the Rapidash, I mean.  Well, she was a Ponyta back then...dad was a big help in training her..."

...surprisingly, it's quite a melancholy response, considering he seems to have taken Forthright's passing rather well.

"...*ahem*...anyways..."

Nathan picks up the picture and puts it in his bag.  The bees arrive soon afterwards.

"...ah, there you are, you two.  Come on, I've got a story for everyone.  A story about a king.  Maybe you'll find it interesting, Princess.  Furret, Forthright, you can come and listen too if ya like.  Let's head to the Cathedral's library."

Nathan finds a table in a quiet corner of the library, pulls out his journal...

While Nathan's refreshing his memory, there's a short amount of time for questions if Heart has any.

Subservience to Lilith makes her very happy. I was planning on writing a similar scene with the blueberries, so good job!

Hide and seek with Azrael seems to be helping her with her blindness issues. This will be important when it comes time to battle with her! She's still really terrible at navigating, but she is learning to pick out the direction of a target (in this case, the blueberries rather than Ventus). As a reckless, Hustling Pokemon, she has no qualms about ramming right into a tree and collecting a variety of bruises every day.

Ventus gains 1Xp for his sociology work today.

Huh, how somewhat disappointing, Shiva would have expected that on this elusive fleemarket they'd sell just as elusive Pokemon, but seems like this was not the case. Nevermind though, she got what she wanted, and that was the finding of the new owner for these two nasty minions of Druddigon, these Nuzleaf! Actually, she indeed was pondering about keeping one of these to evolve it into a Shiftry when finding a Leaf Stone, as this Pokemon's vicious and somewhat intimidating nature would be an interesting thing to breed on smaller and cute-looking Pokemon, making them 'not be what they seem to be', or in other words 'Cute as boots, but not hesitating to bite you hard". Nevermind, 1200$ for these two was a good deal, and it brought her more cash to spend on this flee market!~

With an anticipated smile, she gestured Lilith, Cottonee and Furret to follow her, as the strolled the place again this time with the intention to spend some cash.


Buyings

- 2 Mystery Berries, 400$ each, 800$ in total. I'll state when Shiva actually does consume them, she doesn't do right away.
- How many HP does a Fresh Water restore again, Iron? Humans can consume it and get the augury as well, or is it solely for Pokemon?
- Enigma Berries Shiva knows... But she never saw a real one outside of her books or the internet! She's eyeing them with GREAT curiosity. These berries are filled with the power of the stars, they say... How according to the vendor they grant you an encounter with a rare aspect only watered her mouth more. But 2000$ of her cash for a single berry...

I'd love to buy an Enigma Berry, but before that some more details are needed concerning these please, like:
- This rare Encounter will be a Pokemon, right? Could it be a 'person' as well, for example someone with very rare Pokemon to battle or sought out knowledge to share?
- It 'increases' chances, which sounds not like it's a guaranteed Encounter - this means there is a chance that the Berry does naught? :C
- If Shiva were to chew the berry and then head out into the wild, would the effect kick in then or is there an incubation time? Can be used anywhere, does the berry last indefinitely long if kept?
- Solely for completition, how much power and what Type does Natural Gift take when performed with an Enigma Berry? (Feel free to edit this right in into my charasheet)

Heart did remember Dagny talk about something a Rapidash die in the attack of the vines...oh. He decided not to press Nathan with this question. It would be very much insesitive from his part to do that kind of thing. "You...look very similar with your father. I mean, from what I could see in that picture." Heart do feel umcofortable about what to say. He dont want to see Nathan have a worse mood. "Mind if I ask you something Nathan? Is there a reason about why you go in that pokemon journey? Its just...I dont know. Ventus its ecologist pokemon, Shiva is a breeder, and I a pokemon rare collector. Do you have some sort of job or work with something? Not that I judge you or anything, since you can go to a pokemon journey even if you dont have a job. I just curious Warren."

When following Nathan, Heart couldnt deny but make another question. "Also I have another question...its not like I hold grude or something but...why did you act so rude and badly with me when we first meet? Its something I think sometimes." And it is true. Heart just want to have peace therms with Nathan Warre. Heart is tired from the battles and stress both of them argue to each other. That bring suffer to both of them, and create a terrible situation. Even if they both cant be friends, Heart at least hope to find good terms for them to find peace.
