Glaceon also got a completely new animation, it's very sweet to see how it partly freezes its fur.

Leafeon's shiny was actually changed back in 1.1 with the rest of the shiny overhaul. At this point, the only shiny Eeveelutions to not have their canon shiny scheme changed are Vaporeon, Umbreon, and Sylveon.
Glaceon was planned for 1.1 originally also, but I can't remember why it didn't go through with that update. Maybe the animation wasn't finished...?
