How to increased friendship Eevee

No, in Kelvar town there is a berry shop to where you can buy berries that can decrease your EVs if you mess up your EV training. I never mess up my EV training and mostly buy those berries for friendship. Just give the Pokemon soothe bell and buy 30 of the berries and use them for the Pokemon you want to raise friendship with. (You don't need to gain EVs to execute this) When it says, "It won't have any effect" Its friendship is maxed. That's how I do it.

If you have time on your hand, and have a couple dozen friend balls, then catching one with those will spike its friendship to around 200. After that, all you need is 6 EV berries to fully evolve it.

They can be found in Tsukinami Village. In the market place next to the Pokemon Center and Gym. The best part. They cost 300 each. I use the love balls in Tsukinami Village because they are OP!

And the berries are found in Kevlar Town berry shop, after you beat all 8 gyms or maybe it was the Championship.

Really? I thought they were available after 4 gyms? If they change it, I wonder why. Its not like EV and Friendship is important enough to warrant locking it away to endgame content. I can sorta understand the tutors, but what you said was true, why the berries?
