Help Stuck in Dr Larkspur Labo with Ratsy lvl 25

Hello,   

 I need help because i'm stuck in Dr Larkspur Laboratory.

I had just one PKMN at lvl 25 in my team before to be kidnapped by his sbires. 

I saved the game once in the laboratory(I don't remembered i had just this Ratsy in my team...)

So when i get my stuffs and my pkmn to leave, i can't win the battle against Dr Larkspur. Impossible.

I was thinking i'll wake up in the Silverport Town Poke Center but I wake up again with Garlikid before to get my stuffs and my Ratsy lvl 25, which can't win.. 

Did I ruin my party and my team?

also see if your auto backup save is in a better spot
