I know it might be a bad idea to use Mega Evo right in the first battle but Hippodown its a powerful type of Pokemon. Besides I must defeat the most speed way possible against any other pokemon.

So, mechanical point to bring up about Tri Attack: it rolls all 6 dice for its 3 statuses simultaneously, but unlike in the Skull Ruins campaign, only one of them can be inflicted here. Gonna have to make a ruling rulings concerning which status the move inflicts when it's successful. I see two main options that could solve this issue:

1. Roll a total of 6 chance dice for inflicting an effect, and if successful, then roll a second die to determine which status specifically is inflicted since they all have an equal chance of being inflicted. I think this is sort of how the games do it.

2. Roll the dice as normal, but prioritize the order of infliction for each status. My suggestion for this route would be Burn 1, followed by Paralysis, followed by Freeze. Gimps the chances of Paralysis and Freeze a little, but it makes a little sense as well since the move's animations in the games always involves hitting the target with the fire, then electric, then ice (except in gen 1, but that's the only generation where the move doesn't inflict statuses. And gen 2 did fire/ice/thunder for the order instead for some reason, but eh).

On a different note, a Serene Grace user attacking with Tri Attack would have 12 Chance Dice total for inflicting any one of those three statuses since each effect is rolled separately. TWELVE. And there's two evolution lines that have the ability that can use it: Chansey and Togepi (cuz XD). And the move is a TM in Gen 1. Fun, right?

I actually had Mina have Tri Attack on one of her Pokemon, but I ditched that for a different move.

Can I bring back Metalynx? Its because of what the archeologist says: "You can only change pokemon when they fainted." I think I shall let Metalynx still the fight and with some luck perhaps he can awake soon.

@Spiritmon

Warning: If Melchior stays in, he falls asleep immediately and won't be able to use any moves next round.  And with 3 Insight, it'll take 2 rounds at minimum for him to wake up without using an item. That's two rounds of Hippowdon mashing Melchior with ground moves to worry about. If you want to keep Melchior in, I'd recommend immediately using an item to heal him if you can.

I assume this means we're going with grass types having their 'Powder' immunity instead of pokerole's sleep immunity?
