Oh, I'm sure she knows what's happened with Reiner and Mew.  Considering what's been stated, Giratina's been keeping a close eye on Reiner for her own reasons.  

Yes, being a Rocket Grunt/Executive is hard, but I'd say Reiner's current experiences are a bit above that pay grade...or any pay grade, for that matter.

Now that I stop to think of it...how it is possible to Kyubi be pregnant by a human? The genes of a human it would be not possible to match to a Pokemon genes. And if it would be possible how it would look the child? A Ninetails? A human? Both? A human with Ninetails trace? Or vice-versa?

Pokémon-Human pairins and them doing the *Ahem, keep it PG!* is not as uncommon as you think in my campaign world, given that Pokémon are basically equivilant to human (if not surpassing them entirely) in intelligence, creativity, expressivity, etc.. Having children between a couple is rarer, but humans are technically distantantly related to Pokémon in my campaign, and Pokémon have weird, convulted, and non-sessensical breeding patterns and partners, so its certainly possible. Rare, but possible!

In those case, the mother determines the final species of the offspring 90% of the time, but children often carry traits from both parents in these unions, and that 10% .... well. Roughly 35-50% of Metahumans come from a Father Pokémon - Mother Human relationship directly or as a distant result of such a pairing, so keep that in mind when making yo mamma jokes. The mother might let lose a Hyper Beam on yo ass, or worse!

The Merchant is the Merchant. They are completely and utterly themselves, regardless of lineage. Plus, they stated that they specifically trained themselves to surpass Pokémon in strength and capabilities, so that Double Hit could be their own unique version of the move/technique designed to swiftly kowtow unruly beasts/customers. That's all that I can say about them, really.

By and large, Legendaries and Mythical Pokémon don't interact with humans unless forced, so offspring between them are so rare as to be unheard of in millennia. Should a paring occur, however, the rules for breeding are much more loosy goosy, due to the fact that god + mortal breeding often have wacky/deranged results.

Notable examples of this: Latias and Latios, Water Nymphs/Uydines , The Children of Dreams and Darkness, certain Deoxys , Any children Mew herself may or may not have had while transformed into another Pokémon/human (Please ask her about this, it will be hilarious!) , technically Mewtwo (If he's been made yet, that is), Elves/Seele and Dark Elves/Unseelie , Meloetta, and Hoopta + Lesser Djin .

Revivng with a Ditto's essence would be.....odd, to say the least. 50% chance you'd just get a regular human with no visible anomalies but a Surprise/Metahuman quality, 25 % they would look normal but posses the same universal breeding/cloning aspect of Ditto, regenerative healing and universial compatibility with any and all lifeforms in any and all ways/methods , 15% you'd end up with a random freaky assortment of traits , and 10% you would basically create a Ditto Human, or to give a X-Men example Mystique (I think that is her name) and a MLP example Changlings (Only without having to feed on emotions). Using more Dittos increases the odds of making a Ditto Human, so yeah.

Hey, we all get bored/creative spurts from time to time, so I just funneled that into making a more interesting campaign world/lore for me and you guys to chew on! 'Sides, its not like you would have known any of this without asking SEVERAL personal and uncomfortable questions to Mew about the topic, and potentially sending the wrong signals/messages the whole time, hehehe....
