Every Point of Happiness she gains/has towards Reiner or her given Trainer also equates to one Point of Loyalty, so the former. The inverse is not true, but given that its generally easier to make a Pokemon happier than loyal, that shouldn't be a road block at all for Reiner, if he decided to incorporate them into his battle designs.

Its less that I got up early, and more that I never went to bed at all. Oh well, I'll pay the price later today.
Spent the time researching names for the Kingdra Ven will be acquiring in a couple of days, and I've come up with a short list of them.
Matariel : Angel of Rain, fits in with the General Christian naming theme (Apsis being the exception) that Ven has going for his party
Manakel: Angel of Ocean and Self, see above
Ao Guang: Translates as Dragon King of The Eastern Sea, and also refairs to the Azure Dragon; departs from Christain naming
Seiryu: Japanese translation/terminology for Azure Dragon, and also departs from Christian naming
Which one would you think would fit Kingdra best, or would be generally a good idea mate?

Agreed, but I'm also a little hestitate to use that name due to the fact that its only two letter changes away from Material (Or rather swapping their positions), and I'm not sure if he'll appreciate the similarity or being mistakenly called such. Dragons are prideful creatures, after all!
My second choice is Ao Guang, due to the fact that its an different name for the Azure Dragon in Chinese mythology, and is the god of their eastern sea and Spring, which might appeal to their ego better. That, it you could say the name matches the curtains, so to speak. Kingdra is a blue dragon that rules the seas and causes havoc and destruction, so its not an unfitting name!

She has 2 Happiness, and therefore has 2 Happiness and Loyalty towards Reiner right now. She's a chipper sort of bivalve, as nearly dieing and being saved by its Elemental archnemsis gave it a much more positive outlook on life!

Alright, so how are we handling Shell Smash? Pretty sure the damage roll in the core book is a typo since the move doesn't have a listed Power. Unless we want to break some shells over heads in this campaign for some reason?
Also, we doing -1 defense like in the games, or -2 defense as listed in the book?
