My problem with this gym is two-fold. 1) if you are featuring bug types, I dont see except for perhaps 1, any bug types here (unless I am wrong by double typings offhand.) 2) you are bit heavy on the electric types. that would be a crossover with Lord Ozma's gym.
If you want to feature bug types, try using pokemon from the bug groups. If you want to do a stat gym, please elaborate more on that idea of a Stat gym and how it would work. taking into account the above issues I mentioned.

well, in that case, I can't really comment until I see an example of what your team idea is.
competitive pokemon are not a requirement for the League. You are ok using non-competitive pokemon.

Pokemonerd25, if you have a Laissure, that means your team is high leveled enough to use a Mega. If you are using M-Driligann, try getting another 'Mon to set Sandstorm before Mega Evolve, amirite? It's Excadrill on steroids, and we all know how scary Sand Rush Excadrill is...

I think it works decently, just make a backup before. I did a match with Amiibu a few days ago.
