I'm perfectly fine with Reiner turning the next round into a double battle, so that is the price you have to pay with using Double Team Delta on him, Spiritmon! Of course, that's more or less him just evening the odds against the power that the Full Life Combo, so I consider that fair game in my book!
Technically speaking, any Pokémon and the clone that is formed using DT Delta is considered a single entity that's basically been divided into two parts, and is subsequently consider legal to use in Single Battles. However, that ruling is in place partially because the move/phenomena is so exceedingly rare that in most cases its not an issue to be thought of, and even if it is its heavily frowned upon social wise, as its basically like ganking someone suddenly in Dark Souls when Single Combat was happening: not fair and not fun. That, and the move has two great big weakness to its use that makes it untenable in Double Battles or Battle Royales, but I'll let you guys figure out yourself what those are~
Also, Fun Fact about what Sekmet just did last Round: Double Simultaneous Half Lives (Known now as the Full Life Combo, see above mention) is one of if not THE most deadliest things to come across bar Z Moves, Explosion base Attacks, and Legendary Moves. Since both Half Lives target an opponent at the same time, what essentially happens is that both deal THE SAME DAMAGE due to the quirk that since the target's HP won't change until after both of the landed, the max damage the move can do can't be lessened. Or to put it more simply, use of the move is equivalent to an OHKO move you have to actually roll the damage out for.
Add in the fact that due to Half Life being Nuclear it does SE damage too AND Sekmet's Aftermath, and.....well, you saw the result yourself. Even better was that the Rad Accumulation from the move wasn't too bad due the mechanics of Half Life, so spamming it is relatively safe so long as you don't go over the 50% Threshold, which for holding back on the move would take about......10 uses maximum without considering Type Multiplication.
In total, The Full Life Combo can absolutely DESTROY all but the most insanely Bulky Pokémon or those with Lead Skin, and even then they'll get a pound of flesh burnt out of them whenever they get the tagged by the eye beams o' death.
Lovely thing Spiritmon unintentionally discovered, isn't it?

Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
