So we're not doing the Uranium thing of Expunge just making Nuclear pokemon more obedient/less unruly/more like their original personalities without completely purifying them (i.e. they still have the type and the appearance that comes with it)?
Not without tweaking with Expunge a bit to pull that off via making it a Delta Move, which carries its own compensatory downsides to the mix. I want Corrupt Nuclear Pokémon to be High Risk, High Reward Pokémon, with the more powerful/unique ones being more Disobedient than the norm so that their is ALWAYS a sense of danger/threat to them, but they have Powers that make them desirable still. Decorrupting them give you a more obedient/safe Pokémon, but it takes away what made them powerful/risky in exchange.

But as much a Nuclear Gyarados is powerfull, I still gona hunt and train a Hazma. I dont like to repeat pokemons with the same type normally. Except Zeus and Melchior, they are necessary and awesome. Besides, I want to use Gyarados in battles, and I cant simple let a Nuclear Gyarados around the place.

Alright, new question, Windos: If Reiner used Turbo (or any other item with an effect that lasts for the remainder of the encounter), would the downsides last for several hours? Or would it wear off in the same amount of time as, say, an Attribute buff would? Trying to gauge my options here...

I would say yes to the first outcome. Drugs have a loooong recovery period, unless you use the appropriate curative Item to treat the condition.

Fair enough! Gyarados is more useful in its Base Form anyway, since its bulk lasts MUCH longer that way and its more controllable, and the risk posed by Expunging it is minimal! Finding a Hazma, though....that will be difficult.

And of course Turbo doesn't have a treatment according to my notes...lovely...

Thank you. Also, maybe using Hazma, I can make a deal with Gyarados to make him normal. That might be a good reason for Gyarados to let Arial help him. And since its a dragon, maybe Arial could ask Reiner or Lindworm to help about how to raise a dragon. How it is the chance of find a Hazma in the nuclear facility Windos?

I would say that an Energy Drink/Energizing Medicinal Item, 2 Antidotes/Pecha Berries, or 1 Full Heal/Lum Berry would treat its condition.

That would be Spoilers, mate! If you run across one, though, you'll likely have to go through a small ordeal to get one, due to how Valuable they are in and out of the NRF. Fair warning!

I don't think an even angrier Gyarados is going to care too much about whether it's purified. Or most corrupted Nuclears, for that matter, but especially for something that naturally has 5 Disobedience even uncorrupted. Trying to bargain with Gyarados is most likely just asking for it to smash you.
...I make no guarantees that Reiner will help with this N-Gyarados, by the way.
