Ok, so I love Beliaddon, it's easily my favorite Uranium Fakemon, I also love Charizard (not like gen-onners do, but its X mega is my favorite cannon Pokemon). That got me realizing that the resemblance between the two is a bit, uncanny.
Let's start with the first stages, Charmander and Devimp. This is where the two lines have the least similarities. The similarities between these two is the orange color, bipedal stance, flames on the tail and obvious fire typing. However Devimp varies quite a bit from Charmander and even the rest of its evolutions in some cases. It has hair, which its evolutions don't have, it also has an enormous head compared to body size (which is also a bit flat looking), has horns and an arrow shaped tail, and very stubby legs.
Next are the middle stages, Charmeleon and Fallengel. Though they still have their differences, these two look a bit more similar than their pre-evos. For similarities, both have a very dark coloration, both are scaly with longer lanky arms, and both have very similar faces, with the pissed off look and toothy... grin, I guess? Though these two have their differences as well. Fallengel stands up straight as opposed to the hunched over Charmeleon, and Fallengel has two horns, the dart tail, fire between its horns, hoofed feet, and the black color splotches and mini wings.
Finally, the final forms, Charizard and Beliaddon. I'll get the differences out of the way, there are a few but they're mostly minor. Beliaddon is darker red, has black on its body and wings, has fire between its horns and on its wings, hoofed feet, and bigger fore-arms. So, what is similar between the two?, everything else! They have the same body type, head shape, wings, and both are dragons(sort of). Charizard is based on a dragon and has the mega, and Beliaddon was originally going to be fire/dragon (he was originally drawn by twitch for her fake-ween drawings last October, where he was listed as fire/dragon).
So, what does this mean, well, I have some theories. Devimp and its line are written in the pokedex as being from a different dimension, so that gave me three ideas.
1- the Devimp line is the Charmander line. If there are parallel universes, then who's to say Devimps aren't just Charmanders from a different universe who ended up in the Uranium universe where they were renamed to Devimp. This would also mean Fallengel is Charmeleon in another dimension, and Beliaddon is Charizard.
2- Devimp are from hell. That's it. The obvious origin of Devimp is obvious.
3- Devimp and its line are dead Charmanders. Perhaps Devimp and its line are just Charmanders, Charmeleons, and Charizards who were banished to Hell by the anti-gen-onners. There are still real Charizards (though not in Tandor), but those that have died are reincarnated as Beliaddon, or maybe all Pokemon that go to Hell become Devimp, Fallengel, or Beliaddon. Who knows.
So yeah, that's my observation. It's kinda stupid, but hey aren't all theories?
