Help Can't even patch

Hi guys. I encountered a problem when installing the program. I did every step listed and got a problem: "Failed to get /Patches/patchlist.txt"

Any solutions?

You need to update your game to point to the new server. Go here: http://www.pokemonuranium.co/showthread.php?tid=59, and there's a link to the modified neoncube.ini file. You need to do that in order to tell your game where to look for the new updates.

I did. I downloaded and replaced the neoncube.ini file. Same problem. 
Nothing works at all. I tried even a fresh install and same problem occurs.

Exactly the same error. No changes at all.

I'm having this same issue. I'm not too concerned about the patches themselves, but without this working I cant wondertrade or trade.

BTW I'm running a 64 bit windows 10.

I think there's actually something wrong with the server. I KNOW I'm on the unofficial server, as I've done trades and been on the new patches. I tried to patch and I get the same error. @CodySP, can you check into it?

I'd wait to troubleshoot until they are back up.

Its supposed to be already patched into it. If you go into the game title screen and check for the latest update, it should show it as the latest version. At least I hope so...
