When Pyra gave herself so confused and baffled towards Kee's objection, he returned it with a frowning yet CALM look of his; he kept eye contact for a few secounds before eventually speaking up once more in a quiet and explaining tone, she (thankfully) didn't manage to make him mad. But, she surely hit a sensitive nerve within him given how reluctant he seems. "Cuz... Ya see, ya just DON'T take a life of someone for such a reason, in the Zubat's 'n Spinarak's eyes WE've been the agressor 'cause we messed with tha latter's web. Ya would have likely reacted like they did too if ya were in their situation, 'n by fightin' 'n battlin' we solved this situation. There's REALLY no need to go further than necessary, 'kay? Ya see, ya c.... CAN take a life of a fellow 'Mon if ya're very hungry - well, ya won't see ME doin' that h'wever - but certainly NAT for tha reason ya're expressin'. So please... Just drop it now 'n let it be."

"B'sides, have ya ASKED Karen herself whether SHE even WANTS ya to avenge this Zubat for preyin' on her like that? Ya know how her species of 'Mon 's a quite sensitive one, murderin' a fainted one in front of a Ralts isn't somethin' that.... they may take very well, ya see?" Kee gazes from Pyra to Karen, then back at Pyra. "Instead of d'scussin' that, we should save our energy to find a way outta this cave, so how 'bout we better get goin'?" *small smile* "C'mon, that flame on yar head's quite valuable now. ^_^"

Pyra, despite the rascally punk's best efforts to the contrary, still didn't quite get what was the matter with punishing/slaying that Zubat. They say it is why for that reason most arbitrary, but to her that doesn't make much sense to her. Whether or not they caused trouble for those Poisonous pests, they started the hostilities when all they wanted to do was go on their way, yes yes. Moreover, if one side seeks to subdue or snuff out the other for whatever reason, then that is all that matters in the end besides the resolution of said conflict, regardless of the who or what or why of the beginnings. His reasoning not to at least take out retribution on that Zubat for Karen therefore ultimately doesn't really click with the red fiendess, and that's abundantly clear by how her befuddled expression persisted throughout his explanation.

It appears that either her amenisia has erased whatever constitutes as 'moral restraints' she had as a Human, or she just didn't have them to begin with. That, and possibly her being a Devimp now has skewed her morality/empathy and perception/views held of such thereof far away from what is 'typical' , and therefore makes her understanding the morality of others flawed and/or difficult. Who knows at this point?

Still, she can plainly understand he's upset, uncomfortable, and unsettled with her actions, even if she hardly understands the reasons why or why he objects to them so fiercely, and his comment about what Karen desires and feelings about of her aggressor Zubat's fate has great merit (and was something she didn't think of to begin with). So in the end she doesn't try to attack Zubat straight away again, and instead tilts her way this and that after he finishes speaking before turning to the glimmering one with a thoughtful look and curious frown.

"Ziggy Kee the Wee has a point, yes, I profess, for never did I ask you what you wished to be done about that vile Zubat scum. So, so, I ask you now, Karen the Silver and Sparkling One: what is it you want to be done, to the Zubat whose Ghostly powers marred your mind and soul?"

Kogeki felt a bit stronger after touch in Spinarak Aura. Maybe...

He then decided to do the same with the two Zubat. Did he felt the same thing with the two bat Pokemon?

The same exact thing happens with both Zubat.

Kogeki move his paws a few times, feeling energized after touching Spinarak and both Zubats, like a Electric type after recharged his energy. "Hmm..." He simple said. He might ask this with Pyra later. Perhaps she knows something.

He go close to his group and cross his arms. He doesn't say anything about what he done or anything else.

But since Ralts and Pyra is the two most sensitive, did they noticed or felt Kogeki new energy flow in his body?

Kee finds a Pecha Berry on the floor!

(Oh. I guess I should make it a habit then to ask whether the current area is a MysteryDungeon or not)

Either way, while trying to save the Spinarak's and Zubat's life, Kee's curiosity leads him to come across a sole Pecha Berry, must have been that sweet scent it gave off. He laughs joyfully and eagerly as he packs it a way into his(?) guitarbag. "AHAHAHAHA, try ta poison me NOW, bats 'n spiders!~~"

Well, if Karen doesn't desire the Zubat punished, then Pyra will just give them a somewhat confused look before just shrugging, nodding, and going off to collect her large amount of Spider Web. Though she doesn't understand why neither Kee nor Karen do not want to see their aggressors punished, if they both earnestly desire them to remain further unharmed and unmolested she'll abide by that. She is nothing if not accommodating and easy going with her friends and allies and their feelings, even if she doesn't quite see the point to acting as they wished her to. Of course, that may not always be the case, but for now it is.

Dax's explanation is meet with a similar amount of reception that Kee's had: no very much at all. Still, she nods to him to show that she was listening and would keep his (and Kee's) words in mind for the future. If nothing else, she'll likely not try to brutalize or kill any Pokemon just not to upset her partners unless they REALLY did something egregious to her that DEMANDS swift and brutal reprisal in her eyes.

Pyra would, and she'd give the phantom brave a quick and curious look every time they drained the Vitality of the fallen Poisonous critters. Intellectually she didn't know what he was doing, but her instincts as a Devimp and demon of sorts gave her the strong inkling he was messing with the.....essence of that Pokemon in some way. Perhaps if he kept doing it she'd learn more by observation, and grow inquisitive enough to discuss the phenomena with him to further divine the meaning behind it....

(Or not. Would Pyra be able to pick up Kogeki noming on those Pokemon's spirits, and have some level of understanding of what he's doing, Dragonstrike?)

I don't think Pyra would be able to tell exactly what's going on, as Devimp aren't as highly attuned to auras and emotions as species like Riolu and Ralts are.

Karen can certainly tell something is going on, but she doesn't comment on it, so it must not be worrying enough to cause her distress.

There's only one path out of this room, which means the choice of where to go next is really easy!

The party begins walking through a corridor that slopes upwards, and they eventually come to a fork in the path.

   

It's still very dark, and it's difficult to tell which way might lead to the exit.  Karen's optimistic, though.  "I have a feeling we're almost out of here!"

The question is, which path does the group take?

"Before we go, let me try again detect anything ahead. Still need some pratice with this abilities. Karen, can you lend me a hand this time? With my Aura sense abilties and your sensibility of emotions, maybe together we might find anything." Kogeki look at Kee. "With your permission of course Kee. She is under you responsability." Kogeki as been genuine wanting to make things be good between him and the Dark Zigzagoon. Like he said: They are together in this journey, like they or not.

Kogeki also look at Pyra. "Pyra, you also have some sort of six sense too. Perhaps if we use the most sensible Pokemon between you, me and Karen, we might increase the range of detection. Use my aura as some...sonar or something. This might work. Maybe."
