[Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows

Kogeki spoke to Daxter. "Hmm...you might be right. They might be scared as we are. We will be careful Daxter. Be ready to launch Bubbles in case they go after us. I cover you with my Quick Attack."

Kogeki also nod his head. "Sounds like a plan to me. Take the lead. I can barely see a thing. And I suppose a demon is more scarier than a undead Riolu I guess."

Was that a joke? Maybe. Difficult to say when the person telling is a grumpy Ghost Riolu.

Kogeki was a bit surprised to Pyra request in use his weapon, but since they fight together, he is sure to trust her with his weapon. He unwrap his kunai in his back and give to Pyra. "Just be careful. This Kunai is a bit big for my size, so might require both hands to use it. But since you are a Devimp bigger and stronger than me, you might need just one."

Kogeki also give Pyra his silk web he get before.

*rolls*

"....ummmm...I think they're...waiting?  I'm not sure for what, though...I can't tell if they're hostile or not...," whispers Karen.

[Spiritmon]

"Waiting? For us? Hmm...thats change things a bit. However, I think we should get going in get the loot. We think about they waiting or not. I prefer not to take a risk."

"....ummmm...I think they're...waiting?  I'm not sure for what, though...I can't tell if they're hostile or not...," whispers Karen.

*Lots of hmmmm's and uhmmmm's from Kee before he just goes ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌ * "Well, if they're waitin' for somethin', let 'em wait. 's long 'sthey don't pose a huge threat for us, me thinks it's better if we just follow our way while they follow theirs...." Then he smiles again slyly and mischievously, almost aggressively. "IF they d'cide to jump at us, I'll just likewise jump at 'em."

Mechanically, that means that Kee prefers to just move on ahead the path they didn't take before at the fork. Every now and then he'll gaze over his shoulder and smell the air in an attempt to see whether 'they' are following.

The party ignores the things hiding in the shadows and heads down the path they haven't taken yet.  Mostly.  Pyra snarls at the darkness where the creatures are lurking, but no response seems to be forthcoming.

*rolls*

Kee doesn't smell anything except a bunch of rocks as he sniffs at the air.

When the party walks a little ways down the other path, they quickly discover that it's a dead end.

   

There doesn't seem to be anything of note here at first glance, either, even with Pyra and the makeshift torch lighting the small space.  Just a rock wall and some loose stones.

Kogeki frustrated sigh at the scene without anything around them. "Its not possible we come all the way here just to find a bunch of rocks. Hmm..." Kogeki look at the ground. "Everyone, lets check this place first. The rocks. The walls. Even the ground. There must be something around here."

Kogeki then begin to search around the room for anything. Any kind of thing who could be useful. He just simple cant believe this is just a dead end so he decided to search for anything and he will not stop until he find something or this room be trully empty without anything useful.

Oh, a dead end.... When Kogeki searches the area Kee joins on that, and so he zigs and zags around. He also claws and licks the stones and the rock wall and tackles the latter just to see whether he can 'trigger' anything. If there really is nothing here, back he goes where they came from, this time definitely out of the cave.

Pyra, meanwhile, continues to maintain her guard of the group while they search the dead end for any and all possible goodies, her expression still cheerful but with a greet deal of fierceness to it as she stared and watch the way the group can in like a hungry snake, waiting for its next meal to come along. She didn't necessarily want to Fight those that lurked in the shadows, but any chance she has to further hone her Skills and powers as a Devimp is one she'll take with great satisfaction and a little lack of abandon!

(Actually we avoid the presences taking the path we didnt take before. The presence is in the opposite direction)
