That, and who xnows if that fou1 witch he is mates with catches wind of said gift and coopts it for her own nebu1ous and horrendous ends? Their is Power that can exp1oited over one if a Magic Practitioner has a body part from someone and the proper xnow-how and 1acx of care over what they can do with their contro1 - both these things that Morgana no doubt qua1ifies for....

Oz sights. She was expecting this kind of reaction, but still wanted to try anyway. “Understandable. I will not inquire about this anymore, Fortuna. Again, sorry I bother you sister.” She proceeds to return Fortuna back to the pokeball, and return to the table where Sylvia/@Pokekitty2 and Bernard/@PhantomUnderYourDesk are. With a defeated look she informed him. “Well…I did ask Fortuna about her feathers and…she refused to give the feathers to you Mr Samsara. It seems she…well…she doesn't trust you enough to give her feathers. I tried to convince her but…it didn't work.” Again, she gave him an apologetic look.

Kusanagi spits to the side, a terrible scowl now in place, so severe that it stretched and distorted her scars. 

"....Damn that brat for dying. Always suspected he stayed and fought until the bitter, instead of running like he was supposed to. Now I got proof. Heh....well, it's not like I'm any better now. Not. At. All."

She lets out a long, horrible laugh, so filled with bitterness that you almost miss the Pain underlying it. Your mistress of the flames and dagger fish tensed further, looking about ready to disregard Leaves and jump right in, but again your Verdant Sword held them off, stamping a Foot and firmly shaking her head. 

"....Feh."

The old swordswoman withdrew her blade, her face becoming unreadable as she loomed over you like a judge executing their verdict.

"....The remnants of the brat. The 'lineage' of the bitch. And my technique from the bastard. *Grim Chuckles* All's left is the brute, and you'd have the full set on your hands. Ha....and here I thought Fate had forsaken me long ago. No, that sorry cunt has just been Biding her time until she could send you my way. A young novice of a Master of Swords, up to his own neck in woe. Two paths, different yet similar, made One, True and Heart. Heh...just like in the old tales. Hilarious. 

"....I'm done. Don't bother me until it's time for that Fight you promised."

Without another word she Recalled herself, flicking the button on her Ball and disengaging entirely. Cerluedge and Velzuna quickly settled down, and with a nod from Iron Leaves they hurried past her to crowd around you, checking to see if you're alright. Your fishie even goes so far as to offer some of its Fillets to cheer you up, while your spectral wraith glowered angrily at the sheer gall of that old coot. Threatening their Master right in front of them all, after they made an effort to be nice? Unforgivable. If they pull that shit again she'll cleave through them and Curse their immortal soul, binding it to the earth so it may never know rest....!

The only one that seemed entirely unbothered by the events were your Paradox Sword, who observed things quietly before looking off to the side, a eyes filled with contemplation. About what, you don't know - their is plenty to dwell on in this little near deadly exchange.

All's well that ends well?

Well, that certainly partially explains Kusanagi's earlier reaction to Leaves.

Seddi will sigh as his pokemon crowd around him.  He declines Veluza's offer of some fish fillet.  "Save your strength, Veluza.  We're going to need it tonight.  And Ceruledge..."

He locks eyes with his lifelong partner.

"...I understand why you're angry, but I don't blame Kusanagi at all for that.  I pushed my luck there chasin' a hunch and surprised her not once, but twice.  Better she found out who she's dealin' with now than havin' it dumped on her later though.  I don't want any misunderstandings between us and her."

He'll then turn to Akamu.  "Apologies for that mess.  Didn't think I'd picked up someone that trained with the Old Swords.  Seems to be a rather passionate topic for the ol' girl.  And from the sounds of things, I'm going to need to have a long conversation about this with her later."

He'll briefly look thoughtfully at Leaves.  He has his own suspicions about her origins, but nothing to prove anything one way or another.  Kusanagi saw something though...she couldn't have possibly made any claims or comparisons about Leaves unless there was something there.  It's be a paradox otherwise.

...this trip to Sutalör is about to get a lot more interesting, it seems.

But for now...

"Well, ready to start learnin' how to swing that sword, Akamu?  If you're really serious about learning to defend yourself with it, you need to commit to doing more than just swinging it wildly."

Akamu is free to ask some questions about what the heck just happened if he still needs some clarification, but Seddi is ready to begin otherwise.

Vernon will just find some time to stop by the cafe and leave a note with management or on a bulletin board saying he's seeking a Cufant. Other than that, he's not interested in availing himself of their other services.

Very well! One of the staff says it might be awhile before any new elephants join their family for adoption, but if Vern expresses interest in BIG Pokemon they do say they have Swinub with Ancient Power that is due to be arriving within the 1-2 Days. 'Mamoswine is one of the chonkiest, most huggable Mons around!' , so says one particularly enamored gentleman. Price pending, but they say it shouldn't be TOO expensive...

Aside from that, anything else you'd like to do around the City for your 3rd Encounter, such as Exploration, Item/Mon Hunts, searching for a Trainer to Battle, or spending time with your Mons?

"Awww, it's still a Swinub? That's so cute. I'm in, please give me a call!"

Vernon wants to recreate a meme he saw where you show your Pokemon things they haven't seen by holding them up. He's gonna walk the perimeter of the city and show Turtwig the tops of roofs, trash cans, how mailboxes work, kiosks at parks, the canopies of small trees. 
Munchlax is out as well (Pick Up will trigger at the end of the encounter). 

If the team finds any items while doing this bonding exercise, that wouldn't go amiss!

Ceruledge angrily huffed at your rationale, clearly disagreeing. You may have provoked her, but that old coot should've controlled herself better! To act like she did in front of your more established Partners at that? Arrogance. Pure arrogance, and it was infuriating. She did relent to you in the end, but that more because she didn't wish to argue rather than true agreement. That's your Blade of Malice for you: she holds a Grudge like no one ever could. 

Velzuna, on the other fin, is entirely fine with things, giving you a nod and a wide toothy grin. He doesn't really get why the old sea otter was like that, but if you said it was okay that was that. Everyone has their Rough Skin points - all one has to do is get past it and smooth things over in time, like what you've done with him and everyone else.

Leaves meets your stare with that evergreen calmness, but otherwise doesn't answer any of your lurking suspicions or unanswered questions. From what you could tell, such was due to....reluctance, more or less.

Everyone deciding to put behind the salty otter's near CUTING response, you all prepare for the Group Training Session.

Ceruledge goes over to Akamu and leads him off to the side and begins going through some beginner drills on how to hold and wield a blade; Lani joins in, intrigued in learning a new style of Fight that could synergize with her own sharp, metallic scales. Velzuna does his own thing, attacking a nearby training dummy with controlled, practiced slices and quick bites! 

Goodra and Ecclessia end up doing something akin to sumo wrestling, using their own immense weight and bounciness to throw each other around! The later seemed to be taking it as a serious challenge, while the former clearly was enjoying it more for the fun. Nalu joined in too, his innate Regeneration and ever-cheerful attitude allowing him to try and give as good as he got while being rebounded all over the place!

Rabsca was trying to tutor Sand Crawler in proper Ambush techniques and analyzing battle patterns to exploit weaknesses, but the poor Paradox seemed more confused than anything else. Kayla, surprisingly, joined in, calmly chewing a twig as she mulled it all over.

Iron Leaves simply meditates, crossing their legs and sitting on the floor as they carefully control their Terrain and honed their mental energies; Seddi too could join her, if he needs to clear his own head.

Sitting there with Leaves in total silence and serenity, you get an inkling of what Kusanagi might've felt from Her - That ever Verdant Spirit of your Sword, Calm, Logical, and Dedicated as ever....with just a hint of righteousness lurking deep within. What your Partner sees in you....well, it had her smiling slightly, letting out a pleasant hum that help soothe your nerves. 

All in all, a decent training experience for everyone!

Fortuna, if she was sti11 out, wou1d turn to give you a hard, serious 1oox, c1acxing their beax once with firm intent. You wou1d xnow they wou1d not 1et you earn their Trust so easi1y - you'11 have to worx as hard as a Grow1ithe and be commenab1e as a Ri1ou to be proven worthy of such.

If not, then Oz wou1d certain1y get those fee1ing from her Bond with her sister through her Ba11 - she was paying c1ose attention to things even within, after a11 the drama that has happened and the company you're having now...

The blond kitsune only gives you a curt nod, still frowning but not displeased with your show of contrition and cordiality. 

Your attempts to send your feeling across is meet with a figurative Iron Defense that completely rebuffs them, not letting them pass into Myra in the slightest. Too have such considerable mental and emotional fortifications in place....it spoke of a great deal of disdain, paranoia, and perhaps even fear of any form of Psychic or mental influences. Just what caused this beautiful fox to close herself off so thoroughly like that and regard you 'kind' with such automatic hostility and distrust...?

The Flareon jumps from their perch, looking around wildly before their gaze rested on you, where upon it widened as they stared at you with confused awe and deep curiosity.

"An Espeon...? Wait....are you my first customer? Then that's....!"

He quickly darts over to you, giving you a human-like bow while also displaying the Eeveelution equivalent of 'nervous but eager greetings' in terms of body language.

"Hello, dear guest. My name is Boosta, and I'll be you companion this evening. Please, allow me..."

They make to fill you a glass of tea with some great finese, not spilling a drop as they handed it to you. Their entire body was filled with anxious yet excited energy, and their emotions were much the same.

"Now....what brings you....here today, mam? Companionship, talking things over, or someone you wish to....compare?"

''Next up is my little bundle of joy and spines. Nalu is the master of both inflicting deadly statuses and cheering up the mood whenever needed. You'll also see him out of his ball a lot, the advantage of being rather small huh.''


''Mudsdale are of big importance in my family, Kayla here is no exception. She's incredibly durable, always dependable and really chill. Probably my best bet for Wilds transport that doesn't include machinery, though I'd be happier with those vehicles for their speed alone.''


''Last up is my newest catch, Ecclesia, the black and yellow beauty right from the deep waters of the alolan sea. She's proficient with curses and can tough out a lot (monkey madness flashback). Have a go, guess *what* she is, I sure had trouble telling when reeling her in.''

All will say Fortuna will be out of the PokeBall, since she is curious to have a conversation with the Murkrow who is acompany Sylvia. "It...might be a difficult work, but I trust on you Mr Samsara." Oz got silent for a few minutes, looking at Sylvia. After a while Oz get curiosity get the better on her. "So...You mentioned you live in the Mageocracy. Do you...work there in something if you don't mind me asking? And you Sylvia, do you want me ask something for ya or are you good?"
