Ah, its sooo easy to trick those rangers. Then again, they are used to dealing with crackling villians, not classy thieves such as myself...

*Holds up one of the Cookies of Mass Destruction*

Cause a big commotion, have one of my minions snatch a few samples for analysis and reverse engineering, and bam! Cookies of Mass Destruction at my disposal, ready to be deployed. Ohohohoho!

*Bring out Dramsama's Pokeball for a moment, before sighing, and putting it away*

Well, I wish I gotten more time to pick the brains of the Union researcher, but with the cookies I have, and some of the recipie, it will be cake to make myself a batch. Or should I say biscuits? He!

*Begins to merrily whistle to themselves, happy things turned out alright*

*It's still neat and silent here, so completely missed any fights or encounters of thieves and other intruders... Done with reviewing most of the papers, signed a few reports written by the staff about missions, and is now totally not searching online to order myself one of those scanning/tracking-monocle-things Kellyn's wearing as well* Oh, those are more expensive than I expected... well, nevermind C: *happyly clicks on "Buy now!" and celebrates this moment with a dram of hot green tea*

*chokes on the tea, but thankfully neither the notebook nor the papers suffer any damage* Ugh... *takes out a tissue to clean the spilled and choked tea* Next time, please knock on the door before entering... *Cringes as she follows Spirit into Chief Phantom's office* That's not going to make the news I have to deliver any easier, Spirit!

*Nervously clears throat* Ahem, um... good afternoon, Chief Phantom.  I'm, ah.... here to report on the sting operation to take down the Great Cookie Thief, Lord Windos.

*Notices Phantom peer at her over the rim of the tea mug... starts sweating nervously* ... I, um.... regret to inform you that the Mission was... a bit of a failure...   You see....

*Proceeds to tell the story of the laxative-tainted cookie dough, the Fafurr, the fainted Hazma, Windos's appearance... skims over the details regarding the sensory deprivation and the Dramsama, those are just a bit too traumatic to relive at the moment*

.... I understand I failed miserably at this undercover mission, and I understand if you want to put me on Operator duty for the foreseeable future, but.... I think, with the help of Spirit's Dramsama, we may stand a chance of tracking down Windos again.  With your permission, Chief, I'd like to give it another go... but only on your orders.

With everyone distracted, no one thought to pick up and answer it, so it went straight to voice mail. The message that played after that caught everyone's attention, though

*Click* "Hey, Honeybun, I just got done with a particularly difficult bit of work today, and I know that you've been stressing over the 'ell the R.U. has been giving you, so hows about some dinner time? My place, or you...unless you want to go to one of those fansy resteraunts in BealBeach? I'm down with that! Call me when you can!" *Click, Beep*

The voice that played was none other than the Cookie Thiefs! Wonder how this will affect the meeting they are having...
