Um... well... we had a little run-in with the Great Cookie Thief, Lord Windos... which didn't end too well... and apparently, said cookie thief just called Chief Phantom with a dinner invitation.

*Pauses as a moment of inspiration strikes*

Wait a minute... that means we know where Lord Windos is about to be!

*Breaks in through a wall* "What did I miss?"

Obviously it is a trap which is why we gotta trap the trap

Well, *puts hands together in a serious manner* I knew that the greatest of all Cookie Thieves would strike again. It was just a matter of time. He's not an easy handle though, he really knows his craft, but I'm sure you all did your best this time – so don't feel bad, no. Rejoice instead that nothing serious happened and that neither of you, nor the intruder himself, were injured.

*sigh* Bailey, well... about you... *looks at you for a while with an indefinable expression, before opening a drawer and taking out a Luxury Ball from there* … I want you to have this for the next time someone breaks in and causes trouble. I planned to lend it to you way later, but you proofed yourself worth it recently... It contains my dear shiny Dramsama. Do not worry, it will listen to your commands... it's a Sleep Punisher with its hidden ability, so it shall be quite handy to you in hunting down unwanted guests.

Please take good care of it. And now, everyone, back to work.... *those last words were spoken with a serious undertone that could not be overheard, but as well with a slight but encouraging smile*

Spiritmon was yelling in the Phantom ear, almost making deaf. He grab the hand of Phantom and give her his congratulations.

It is so good to hear Congrats to you Phantom, my dear friend.

And then he gave her a big hug almost breaking his bones.

Then he release the hug, and he give a big smile.

Well i kinda need to catch that Cookie Thief, but dont worry, I will not hurt him. To much. No hard feeling okay?

He then sees the Pokéball with the Shiny Dramsama.

Heh, i remember that little guy. I have a shiny Masking. A cute one indeed. You take care of him so much well.

A tear drop from the Spiritmon eye again and give another hug to Phantom.

*Looks down at the Luxury Ball with a rather bemused expression* Ahem, um... well, yes right away, Chief! *Thinks to herself, Thank Arceus I didn't get demoted for this... I guess the door and the voicemail were distraction enough*

*Lets herself -- as well as Spirit, Xenoic, and the toxic little Fafurr -- get ushered out of the office as Phantom attempts to prop what's left of the door over the doorway* Ahh... well...

... I guess I should probably explain a thing or two, then... if you'll follow me... *Leads the group away from Chief Phantom's not-quite-shut office to a quieter location*

... okay then, this should be quiet enough.  As I'm sure most of you have figured out by now, I'm not just a cookie baker/researcher.  I'm actually a Top Ranger who has been undercover searching for the Great Cookie Thief, Lord Windos, and his infamous gang.  Since he's been making raids on various welcoming committees for the past few months, including targeting the cookie-welcoming efforts of our very own Chief Phantom, I was assigned this undercover mission, using the "welcome to the community" open house as bait, to try to set up a trap to bring Windos to justice once and for all.

However, trying to work purely undercover... well, that was a bad idea, as none of you realized what was going on, and things went badly as a result.  That is my own fault for not warning you and doing my part to keep you all safe... Windos could have hurt you all very badly, and that's the last thing that any Ranger should do to the general public.

Having said that... even though I now have the approval and help of Phantom's very own Dramsama, this is still not a job that even a Top Ranger can do alone.  Spirit... I accept your offer of help, I know you are a very capable Ranger in your own right.

Xenoic and Fafurr... this may be a very dangerous mission, but I would greatly appreciate your help.  Will you join with us to finally bring the Great Cookie Thief to justice?

Caunt with me. I have some things to clear up with Lord Windos and his evil team. The Team PUNishment. For quite some time, he stole some cookie recipes as you say miss Bayley, and plan to do something. We must get him and force the law in him! But not to much, i dont want to have Phantom flying in my neck and killing me D:
