*doesn't seem to be suprised that the line connected within moments after I called... rather silently delighted...  However, before answering, stares at what's left of my office door (still mourning over it...), making sure that none secretely listens in* Hehe... Probably because you yourself are way more charming than the best cookies the development sector may ever come up with ~

*cough* It's better for everyone though if we keep our "collaboration" a secret... They will loose their trust in me as a Chief if they'll ever find out, plus I bet you too would not want the media to spread the message of some sort of business conpiracy.

However, I have something that may catch your interest... *multiple mouse clicking is heard as I search for the document on the notebook* Ah, here it is! *Notices Phantom approaching*  Oh, hello Chief... we were just getting ready to... *Trails off as she notices the unusual, slightly- derpy expression on Phantom's face* ... oh... oh!  That's the Duplicat!  Wow... that's... pretty impressive actually.  I didn't realize Duplicats could copy humans to such a high degree of accuracy.

Dramsama: [Amusing that you believed even for a moment that was my master.  Then again, humans are rather gullible when it comes to that which appears to be real... take your companion Ranger over there, for instance... while donning fake glasses and facial hair might be sufficient to trick the average human... I, for one, clearly see through his feeble attempt at disguise.]

*Stares at the Dramsama in surprise.*  You... speak?  *Also thinks "This Dramsama is rather... rude".*

Dramsama: [That depends on your definition of "speaking".  Does telepathically sending my thoughts into the minds of you and your companions count, to you, as speaking?]

*Exchanges a nervous look with the others.*  Well... I don't see any reason why it doesn't... *Clears throat.  Well then... we know where Windos is heading, and Phantom should be on her way shortly.  We should probably make our way over to the Rosmarinous if we hope to get there before Phantom does.

*Leads the group out of Ranger HQ*

Dramsama: [One thing to note, Ranger Bailey... you should take care to mind your thoughts in the presence of a telepath... I don't take well to being called "rude"!]

*Pales*  Um... I apologize, Dramsama!

(Eh, I did not know that my Dramabird is a rude one... she was always nice to me. Yes, it's a female one, and listens to she/her pronounce.

Hmhmm... *drags the wished data onto an old-fashioned but after all fool-proof and, in case, easy to destroy discette. Then puts it away in another drawer and closes notebook in joyful anticipation for the evening* Ah, I still have time for another tea ~

*so then, leaves my office, trying not to mourn even more over its destroyed door, to get myself more of that stuff... realises that everyone seems to have left already*

Oh my, they could at least have said goodbye to me... -_- Well, not the first time that happens, along with me staying overtime...

Ahh yes Duplicat can mimic someone down to genetic coding. Although the derpiness is just the nature of my Duplicat it can be fixed easily when we get to the restaurant.
Well i gotta rest up a little bit real quick I will catch up eventually so go ahead without me.
*Heads into own private room and turns on phone*
*Double checks for various cameras and scans the room for possible invisible pokemon with a specially coded app*
*Texts*
Change of plans, Kitty will be disguised as Phantom so Sableye I require you to "take care" of Phantom as discreetly as possible.
Also when your finished with him I will have you rendezvous with Kitty near the Rosmarinous for further plans with some gear I had specially made for operations.
I had it placed in a trashcan with a locked strongbox with a code that I am sure you know already by now.
(Sableye has an apple watch basically to receive the messages)
*Deletes message after giving it 3 minutes to send and having Sableye read it*

Suddenly, The Cookie Thief shivers, as if something vile is about to happen.

*Immediantly rushes over to the phone, and dials Phantom number again, half dressed*

Uh, honeybun? Call me paranoid, but I am having a 'bad feeling' again. Scoff all you like about them, they saved you a world of trouble, or have you already blocked of the Ice Cream Sunday Incident from memory?

*Chortles a bit over the line, covering up his anxiousness*

*returnes to my office, with more splendid tea brough on, just in time to catch up the latest message left*
 
*calls back* I'm always quite careful if I'm alone at a place, regardless whether it's a familiar place or not, even if I may not make the appearance to do so at all, my dear. You know that. I have a few of my Pokemon here to protect myself if needed (Well, except my Dramsama...), plus I'll take a direct air path on my faithful Hydreigon from the HQ to our meeting point in half an hour, to be on the safe side even more.

Hmm.... *takes a look at the clock on the openend notebook again, sips on the tea and beginns to look through not-work-realted data saved on it, with joyful anticipation intensified ... *

Sable target eta is by air and fast. Yatagaryu is coming by eta as quick as possible and will intercept.
Enable the new ghost feature of giving ghost properties to other pokemon.
Enable pokeball jammer to disable pokeballs within 50ft. Change tracker to Phantom's genetic signature, Kitty will send you the signature. Target is possibly on a Hydriegon and possibly has guards with him. Perferably as unharmed as possible, get the target and get out. Also there should be a beam that uses your dark energies and your megastone to always flinch if it hits well anything. Please note that if you hit our target with this beam he may suffer permanent brain damage
*Sends and auto deletes in 4 minutes*
*Sable quickly hops on and turns on jammers while equipping some armor with ghostly properties*
*Kitty sends signature and starts thinking very random and derpy thoughts as per personality*

Meanwhile, on the beach just outside the Bealbeach Casino and Resort...

*Spirit and Bailey sit on a park bench, staking out the entrance to the casino... Dramsama is, by request, creating an illusion so that any passerby would see them to be nothing more than innocent Trainers with their partner Eevees... meanwhile, Dupli-Phantom stands outside, patiently waiting.*

I wonder where Windos could be?  He should have been here by now, and I'm afraid of what might happen if the real Chief Phantom were to show up and see the Duplicat...?

Speaking of wondering where people are... shouldn't Xenoic have caught up with us by now?  I hope everything is okay...

*Suddenly notices Dramsama go perfectly still, save for her tail feathers which are quivering just slightly.*

Dramsama: [There is something amiss about that Duplicat... I do not trust it.]

*Glances down at Dramsama*  Yes, we're already well aware that you're not fooled by its Transformation.  But you already said yourself that most people will fall for it.

Dramsama: *Glaring back disdainfully* [I have already stated my opinion on using a mere Duplicat to create this manner of trickery.  Repeating it would be merely redundant, especially given your naive insistence on sticking with an inferior illusion.  No, I briefly sensed something unusual about the Duplicat... but even now, I cannot read its mind enough to understand what it was.  It is too good at hiding its thoughts from me; that is why I do not trust it.]

*Exchanges an uneasy look with Spirit, then turns to study the Dupli-Phantom*  Well... it's too late now to try to form a new plan.  Windos will be here any minute now.  For the time being, we should probably stay the course until Windos shows up... but... we'll keep a close eye on Duplicat in the meantime.  Let me know if you sense anything odd again.

.... I do wonder where Xenoic is...

Dramsama: *Looks up at the sky* [Something is coming.]

*A few seconds later, a soft sprinkling of rain starts to fall.*

Look at that... Phantom didn't tell me you were a meteorologist!

Dramsama: *Glares angrily at Bailey* [Your sarcastic humor does not amuse me, Ranger Bailey.  Nevertheless, you and Ranger Spirit should probably find shelter quickly if you wish to remain dry... these few scattered rain drops are but a forewarning of a greater downpour... a Stormbringer approaches!]

(In case you were wondering, Phantom... Dramsama is nothing but polite and charming to you because you have bonded with her and she trusts you.  She's behaving for me and Spirit... for the most part... mostly because she recognizes that other Rangers are under her Master's command, so it's something of a second-hand respect.)
