The Problem with Genderless Egg Moves

I think they can pass down egg moves, its just that, unless their is a way for them to learn those egg moves outside of breeding, they are unable to. Some moves a parent can learn via level up and by TM are also eggs move can be passed down by the parent, but if they can't learn the move naturedly... A lot of Chainite's egg moves are also TM's it can learn, so it doesn't have to much problem passing down some of them. The ones that it can't learn, though, its unable to pass them down, or even get them for that matter
