The Great Cookie Capers!

As Windos and Phantom gets transported with others the Pirates could not attack them in time before the Mean Look wears off.
The Pirate Admiral , who is still recovering from being knocked out, said, "Blasted rangers got away.... Launch the flares to signal the retreat to the resort!"
*Flares launch as the platoons of Swabones and Tubareels exit from the haze with the remaining survivors*
The admiral then says, " We shall discuss our next set of plans in conquering all of Tandor's seas."

Meanwhile......
Xenoic and Sable land on a remote island (That is far south west of the Ninja Village) and after so Dupli-Yata went back to being a regular Duplicat. (Red box in picture)

They walk towards a broken town and enter the building named Larkspur Laboratories.
Xeno sends out Yatagaryu outside with Archilles and Xenoqueen to chill and walk around the cities with a mini-robot that relays information and photos when sent from the base.
As they pass by the remnants of the genetic research facility, Xenoic and Co. input a password into the wall which opens a bunker door which leads to Xenoic's Base of Operations. Before entering, he allows Seikamater to pop out of the pokeball and make her way to a part of the city that is covered in webs.
Duplicat proceeds to hop into a cardboard box laying around the room and sleeps as Sable takes off his gear and proceeds to clean his collection of megastones. (The collection of Megastones are massive and each one labeled with the corresponding pokemon)
I (Xenoic) say out loud, "Good job on the mission and retrieving this very special briefcase.   "
"Im sure you guys are wondering whats possibly so valuable that I myself had to take personal action to retrieve this."

Duplicat then opens one eye and Sable stops brandishing the megastones for a second. The pokemon outside gather around the mini-robot thats relaying the information

*Xenoic opens the briefcase and pulls out a bunch of vials containing a mysterious liquid onto a desk*

*Xenoic takes a picture and relays it to the others outside with an audio link (The pokemon)*
"This ,my friends, is the key to unlocking the potential of genetic research that was conducted in this very city.
The vials contain genetic dna of various pokemon like Dramsama or a Tancoon. The facility here was constructed to modify humans and pokemon alike to maximize biological potential. Unfortunately, the labs were shut down for unethical experiments and illegal pokemon trafficking before they could figure out how to imbue people with pokemon abilities and how to improve upon a pokemon's genetic structure."
As Xenoic continues his speech; he twirls a pink colored vial he pulls out from a special compartment in the desk.
"Never forget I was one of the few to be experimented on in these laboratories with this vial containing the DNA of Dramsama which funnily enough allowed me to see through her (Phantom's Dramsama) illusion. Some of these vials were under Ranger custody after they stormed the lab and some were sent out to safe places where they are stored. Well now that we have gathered most of these vials I say we can begin to improve our genetics which shall give us the edge to take down anybody who stands in our way to riches!"

The pokemon roar in agreement as the sun sets.
