Balancing the Nuclear Type

Let's suppose Nuclear types embody all aspects, explosions, radiation, mutation etc.

Immune to: None
Resists: Fire, Water, Nuclear, Grass
Weak to: Normal, Bug

Strong Against: Water, Ground, Grass, Flying
Weak Against: Normal, Nuclear, Psychic
Ineffective Against: Bug

Removed Steel for balancing and because nuclear explosions can do a lot of damage to steel. things
Resist Fire because fighting fire with fire makes more fire. Same with mutual resistance against Nuclear.
Resisted by Psychic as a reference to radiation causing superpowers.
Resisted by Normal, if one considers normal the opposite to mutated. Normal strength for balancing, being damaged by a resistant type is somewhat logical.
Bug immunity because cockroaches can survive up to 100,000 rads, Bug strength for balancing, desperate balancing.
Water, Flying, Grass and Ground representing water (duh) air and the earth being affected by radioactive fallout.
