How to breed Urayne

I have read that Duplicat can breed with any other species but it don't seem to be working... I left both in day care centre but wen I check with the man outside he says that they prefer to play with others

They can't.

Legendary pokemon kind of teach people they will not get a perfect one. It teaches that a few points missing here and there really don't matter.

You have to take what you get with every legendary.

Or teaches them patience as they keep resetting for a good nature/good IV legend. Its a pain in the ass to do with Urayne, but with every other Legend, its certainly a tolerable pursuit. Seikemeter can ever optimized based on breeding its previous Evos, though its a special case...
