Tianlong, after hearing the Leader's knowledge of his activities and his threat, suddenly busted out laughing, like its the funniest thing in the world. "Hahahahahahahahaha! Not one to beat around the bush, eh? Though, with those speculations, this one wonders if you are just aiming in the dark, and trying to hit something?" Tianlong shrugged, then walked forward to grab a cookie. Holding it to his face, he gazes at it, as if trying to divine its secrets, before the cookie vanished. Crunching sounds could be heard, as the stranger appears to be busy eating his biscuit. How in blazes...?

"Mmmmm, nice recipe you got here. If nothing else, you are a great baker on top of a world class operator. Certainly sweetens the deal, don't you say?" Tianlong gazes curiously at the leader, and decided to stop beating around the bush, and get to the point already. "That cautious nature of yours is a good thing, though, and one you should cultivate if you are planning to go 'big', but I digress. Why should you trust me, I wonder? Well, as they say, 'Better show than tell.' "

Reaching into their cowl, they retrieved a vial of strange, shimmering green liquid. Tilting the vial so that it could capture the most sunlight, they said, "You are trying to gather DNA samples for the now revived Genome Project, correct? This vial of 100% Zygarde DNA might be some use to you, then." Starring at the mesmerizing liquid swirl around, they turned their sights on leader. "Xenoic, I can supple you with this and many more Legendary DNA samples if you agree to work with me. I'll also provide much more spacious accomodations for the continued R&D of the project. I'll even throw in a few million in funding, just because I'm a generous person." Tilting their head Xenoic, before offering the vial to Xenoic. "Interested, partner?"
