*glances at the surroundings, as they begin to take clear shapes again* Oh, you brought us back to the HQ? ...How neat! We can sleep over right here in my office... That is, if you don't mind the destroyed door and are really sure that you're alright...

*chuckles a bit at the thought, before realising that their partner isn't by her side anymore, but is rather working towards a „more intimate setting“ already* *stares at them for a moment, but finally comes over to take a seat next to him … hestitantly leans into them as well, like if the Chief Ranger was afraid of being seperated from the protection withing the next second ...*

Please send the Ranger you're chained to back home, dear. He might want to wake up and recover at his own place for now, plus we deserve a bit privacy if you wish to indulge in the wine you brought with you...

--- While being abducted or suffering smaller injuries was all part of the job as the Chief of a bunch of Rangers, it was time to finally put an end to this for today. Enough action for a day, so much happened this day... damn, it will be a long report on this mission. Being unconsiousness for most of the time and having a blurred vision due to all the fog an' haze that lurked on the remains of the pirate ship wasn't helpful at all, she will need to hear out the observations and actions of the Rangers involved as well as the Cookie Thief's point of view first and then carry it all together to a clear chronological report.

But well, there will be plenty of time for that tomorrow... Like if the others weren't exhausted by the mission and alarmed by the treachery in the own rangs. They deserve a night to sleep over all this, calm down a little, and look at the matters with a refreshed mind the next day.
It was dark and  cooled off in the office, with only a standard lamp glowing in the corner next to the door (Ah... still a pity to look at the pieces of it, scattered all over the entrance). Silver took its usual place on a black velvet blanket on top of a low cupboard in front of the desk and seemed to enjoy the atmosphere. Quietness dwelled in the whole room at this time. ---

*just as she was about to accept the wine offered by their love, something carefully nudged the Chief from behind, causing both of them to turn around* HYDREIGON! You're still here? Did you wait for me to return here all the time...? Oh my, thank you! *it growls slightly, as its Master caresses the main one of its three heads, happy about such a loyality towards its owner*
Ah, I know... You probably feel guilty... You think that you failed, and that it's all your fault. It's not, really... I should have remembered earlier about that one detail that has caused a ruccus in the first place... I will fix it right away tomorrow then.

*realises the puzzled look I receive from their partner* Ehehe... I owe you an explanation, don't I...? But you go first! Like, why did I wake up below deck of a ship, with a Pirate Captain about to murder me the next few moments, and what has happened to your fine suit? I bet you looked splendid in it...
