If you want to trade a Pokemon, following the steps shown in the first post, especially the "How to request Giveaway/Trade:" part. I'm pretty sure someone will fulfill your request soon enough when given enough information, as this thread is taken care by many breeders, including me. Have fun.
Oh and don't worry if your offer is not appropriate. We do need fair trades for specific cases like shinies or 6 IVs, but Neopunk is NOT one of them.
