Paras is caught!
It has Dry Skin, Poisonpowder, and Scratch. It has no Disobedience score, but of course it won't be happy or loyal.
Professor Mallorn sends 50$ for Pokedex data.
Vincent looks up to see an irate Mankey, with one big eye looking through a prism.
This is on the outskirts of town, where the wild interfaces with the urban. There are stumps and a sward of longish grass, as well as many boulders fallen from the Mount.

If I didn't level Ember in the previous fight, Bite wasn't going to be doing squat... Also, I'm fairly certain there's rules for post training exhaustion somewhere but I can't find them right now.
Also, Larry: In character, Vincent doesn't know you're there. If you want to get involved, feel free to do so.

"You have got to be kidding me." The sight of Ventus and Nathan running pell mell away from a crazy incensed Mankey would be enough to make one's jaw drop.
The sinking realization that the two had left their Pokemon and the center slams home. No other trainers around either.
"GET HELP. ANY HELP!" He shouts at the fleeing duo, a commanding tenor filling his voice. "DON'T KNOW HOW LONG WE'LL LAST BUT WE'LL COVER YOU BEST WE CAN!"
He feels the ache in his right leg as he breaks into a run, angling to interpose himself between the fleeing trainers and cut of pursuit. It's not a good feeling, but now isn't the time to to worry about pain. Arcaeus knows we're going to be in a world of it shortly anyway.
"Winston. Gonna ask a lot of you today. Serve and protect. He glances down at the Growlithe. "Let's get it's attention. LIGHT IT UP!
