Vincent waves his arms, scattering the growing flock of pidgeys in a single sweep of motion. Noting the original arrival still stubbornly following at a safe distance however, determined to acquire breakfast, he allows a moment of utter whimsy to take root in his mind.
"You're persistent, little guy. I respect persistence." He intentionally keeps his voice soft and warm. "You like human food, huh?"
Smiling, he reaches into a jacket pocket and pulls out a small piece of hard tack, breaking off a tiny corner. Gingerly, he tosses the crumb of biscuit to the bird, careful to keep his motions controlled to avoid spooking the Pokemon and waits for the tiny bird to respond.
"Try this for starters." He waves off the other pidgey again. "Hey! HEY! ONLY the early bird gets the wurmple. First comers only, you slackers."
