[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
I'm trying to figure this out too, because there are a lot of scattered rules in the rulebook about it.

It's pretty clear that evasion can take place at any point during the round, essentially replacing one action.

So one interpretation is that Machop could have given up his 2nd move (which doesn't give him enough successes in this case) and thus do two actions in a row.

Or does Evasion change the order? That was my impression after reading this:

where they dodge a first-priority move and then attack (the third action is irrelevant).

And you get things like this:

Another interpretation is the logical one: it's easy to envision Machop doing what I described.

For now I'm going to go with what already happened. I'll ask on the Pokerole forums and we can have that ruling for next time. Maybe Machop didn't evade, but took full cover, thus forcing Pidgey to miss its conditional.

edit: someone had a similar question on the forum. In the example given by the admin, the evader attacks immediately after evading. But what I'm not sure of is if that's because the evader had 1st initiative anyway or not. I asked for clarification.
