Sighing a little bit, his smile was partly diminished from Nathan's scolding, but he wouldn't let it keep him down. He had to be cheerful for Raphael, after all. Turn his head slightly so that Vincent was in his sight, he continued to gently carass his little angel. They still looked rather sullen about its loss, but Ventus' action were clearly having there intended affect, as it was not at the verge of tears anymore.

"I found some Stardust on my short excursion, and caught Shroomish for my team. Well, more like I convinced him to join my team, but he part of the family now regardless. Raphael, however," Ventus briefly sighed for a moment, looking a bit sadden at, "Got trounced by him. He hasn't taken his loss very well, but they'll be fine. My little angel will learn from his defeat, and grow stronger and more experienced. Such is the way life."
