[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

So, Iron, finally got the time to update my Charasheet and make notes (on paper) about things to remember. Stumbled over two questions.

1. You told me to replace Cute with Dexerity as it called for that in a roll. From that and given there will be more rolls from my side using Social Attributes (currently Entertainment and Nasty Plot), am I right in the assumption that whenever these are needed, they use the Chara's Dexerity Stat? I planing to level up on that stat after the Shellder-Encounter, because it would be weird doing so mid-battle.

2. Concerns Plus-Minus ability. Effect is known, raises Strenght by 2 points. We're not inside the games, so... what if I only use one of the pair (Minun) actively in a 1-vs-1 Trainer battle, and the other one (Plusle) is standing next to me, a few meters apart? Will Minun's ability still be triggered?

3. Seeing that only Plusle knows Nuzzle, and Minun's XP cost for this move are 0, I'm quite interested in teaching this move to the negatively charged rodent as well. Possible?

I can answer number 3 for ya.  Moves that cost 0 exp are free to learn for that pokemon.  It's as simple as taking the time to teach it since the pokemon essentially already knows how to use the move at some level.
