Excellent analysis. Although the results aren't terribly surprising, I appreciate how you laid everything out in an easy-to-follow format.
I have 1 question though. In your methodology, you say you include "Pokemon that aren’t fully evolved, but can serve a different purpose, or fill a particular role better than its evolution." Surely, there aren't many of them - including or excluding them wouldn't change your results much. However, I am curious about which pkmn these are.
Finally, it may be worth it to take a look at Poweroftibarn's https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LZ96...OD1vk/edit makeshift tier list and do a similar analysis for OU and OU+UU tiers. That may give us a better idea about where your analysis stands in relation to the game's meta.
