If he were a stingier man, he would have waited until the next town to sell the pearl, but while wealth appreciates in time, he didn't want to wait THAT long. 'Take what you get, and make the most of it. That has always been the motto of my life, besides helping others anyway I can. Now, time to restock on some items...' the researcher thought, leaving the jeweler to go on a spending spree.

Ventus, in spite of his usually gentle nature, was prowling the stalls like a Persain, buying 2 Potions, 2 Pokeballs, and one Flash Ball for a steal, saving $160 PokeDollars on his purchases (Pokeballs + Potion = 800 * .2 = 160 , so Ventus spent $640, plus $200 for the Flash Ball)! Content with all his purchases, Ventus began to head back to the Pokémon Center. On his way, however, he spotted someone with what looks to be Snivy Stuffee in there hands. Staring at it for a few seconds, he remembered Shiva's fascination with Grass Pokémon, and an idea formed in his head.

'Well, I could straight up reimburse Shiva for her cost, but perhaps a special gift would be a suitable exchange,' Ventus thought to himself, before deciding to go over to the person and offer to buy the stuffee off there hands. If the price is right, he'd be willing to part with the rest of his money for this wishful offering.
