How about we do this for trainers: Just make a post on the board saying how much you want to bet and any other rules like how many Pokemon, and I'll come up with a suitable encounter.
There are trainers here from all over, so you can find a battle of any magnitude up to $1000, and the challenge will scale appropriately.
