Its less of a problem with you, are more of a problem with the time zones we occupy. I'm asleep until around noon, while you are just probably about ready to go to bed at that time, I assume. The only solution I could think that would solve this is if we styled our post that allowed us to talk to each other, but also do things at our own pace. Like we could have an ongoing conversation, while doing some task.
Or having a conversation take place, but then 'fast foward' past it and do activities as if we finished (When we had not). The conversation can restart once all parties are on and posting at roughly the same time, but it takes place in 'The Past', not interfering with ongoing activites. It would be hell to coordinate info from 'past' talks to actions that take place after them, but editing posts could solve that problem.
Another solution is that when we have to have a 'big conversation' like this one, we just PM all the info to each other ahead of time, then set a date where we can have that conversation in game in a relatively short, uninterrupted period. We could even say that the conversation took place to Iron, then do a *Flash Back* and insert the discussion in it, making the meta knowledge now in game knowledge the characters can justify having and using. Problem with this approach is that we have to set a general tone of interaction between character prior to these Flash Backs, since anything could happen , so we have to account for random shit happening. Of course, once the Flash Back is completed, further post could incorporate what happened in them, but that's a delayed reaction at best.
I don't know, I am just spit balling ideas at this point. What do you think, guys?
