Game crashes when doing anything internet-related

As I discussed before, Monkey, some people just find this site after looking to solve their Problem, completely ignorant of the rich history and drama behind the development of this game. They just post their problem and hope someone helps them, rather than leafing through threads and attempting to fix it themselves. I'm just happy that this person was able to get help in the first place...

and as I said before, I'm not gonna stop doing what I'm doing regardless of whatever happens, so are we really going to have this conversation every time someone's being "ignorant" (your word, not mine)? -_-

Perhaps? I have no desire or need to stop you from choosing how to act to others, or argue with you about subjects we clearly have different beliefs on (Even though I find them quite enlightening and inspiring). I do, however, desire to at least soften the blow of your, to put it hyperbolically, scathing retorts at ignorant users. I call them ignorant because they either honestly don't know any better about how to access the info, or just choose to remain unaware of it and ask for help.

Point is, I don't hold against you or particularly mind what you say regarding issues of this nature, but I still feel the need to defend them anyway. At least I want that user to know that they at least have a sympathetic ear to their plight, and I don't want them to feel alienated or persecuted because they took your statement of one member the wrong way. I know that you mean well when you berate people about this in an effort to make them not do it again, but I doubt everyone is as understanding. Sometimes people leave communities over misunderstanding or conflicts of interest, and I don't want that happening because a new and/or ignorant user takes criticism the wrong way.
