"Ralts doesn't even know Teleport currently. That might be a tad too risky if he doesn't nail it quickly should we want to do that. And we'd be stuck there with nowhere to run if we ran into trouble. Not to mention that's not an easy move to teach. It hardly seems like a good time to try that. And I don't think any of us have a good way to get around that pool of honey...an ice type would be good, but the only ice trainer here is in another part of this maze. I think we might have to just turn around and try the other direction since we don't know how deep that pool is..."

Nathan's also rather disturbed by what Ventus is letting his Ekans do...this is his first time hearing Ventus give that order, after all...in fact...

"Ventus, are you SURE letting your Ekans eat those bugs is a good idea? We're in the middle of their hive after all, and the walls are practically made out of those things. If the Vespiqueen that's in charge of this hive finds out what you let your snake do to her workers..." Nathan doesn't want to say or think about what might happen if she does, and he's clearly starting to get a little nervous about the situation if Ventus is going to just start killing off these bees...the weezing in the middle of an uninhabitable swamp was one thing. A large and angry beehive in the middle of a town with tons of visitors and residents was another.
