@Dragonstrike : Speaking of the Combee, how do you think Nathan would react to seeing Apsis and Larry Ekans eating them? Not to severely, I hope...

Who said anything about Larry's ekans eating the bees?!  Anyways, I've edited in Nathan's...initial reaction to the response to Ventus's inquiry about Teleport.  Any other reactions will likely be sorted out later.

Well, Larry's Ekans did snap at the Combee; I just assumed it would start feasting as well.

...Well, look like Nathan gets to see another side of Kind Hearted Ventus. Having seen him go bezerk and his casual disregard of his Apsis killing wild Pokémon, what will he think of his naturalist argument?

Congratulations.  You've upset him again!  Your prize this time: thinking about the potential consequences of breaking into the enemy base and then killing its usually peaceful inhabitants willy nilly, and then experiencing them firsthand!

Nathan's got some serious thinking to do now.  And some yelling to do later, probably.

Oh no, he's not letting him get away and go out alone against a whole hive of Combee. He's sticking close to him, regardless of his feeling of him. Ventus will NOT let him do something idiotic and potentially get killed by leaving the group.

Oh boy, assuming he's going to do something stupid.  To be fair, I could have probably phrased a few things better, but his intention was to just put a little distance between himself and Ventus.  He needs to avoid any further aggravation right now or...well, things aren't going to be pretty.  Ventus just got a taste of what would come, but Nathan managed to hold himself back just enough that time to avoid completely collapsing in on himself.  He's definitely caught up in the moment, though.  He cares deeply for almost all human and pokemon life, and this event has escalated the threat level really rapidly as opposed to more gradually, as well as shaken Nathan to the very core.

Nathan's a lot more fragile than he wants to let on.  He tries to avoid situations that would break him, but Ventus is doing a pretty dang good job of just repeatedly mashing that button.  It's bringing back many bad memories, and Nathan's starting to find it a little hard to focus.  Ventus has even seen what Nathan's like when that happens, already.  Aggression is just one of the ways he tries to quell the fear, but it's an easy way.  He's going to be feeling incredibly drained later.
