The group is staying together, Larry. If not because Ventus and Nathan are going to have a long discussion over their grivances and sort them out, then because IRL none of us want the group to split. If anything, you are going to get axed if you do these wild actions, as they caused more controversy than the Deyo Incident and Combee Feast at this point (You still have not gotten back to me on that, @Iron). Valder is being paid by me, so he's obligated to follow me and the group if they want a paycheck, provisions, and supplies.

If you are having real life problems right now, though, it might be best to step away for a few days to recover, before posting again. Mixing bad emotional states with narrative tends to lend to unnecessary angst and drama...
