Does Shiva even want Larry's help? Larry hasn't even told us how much experience he has as a breeder. Nathan also at least asked her if she wanted some help first, and he also clearly knows a few things about raising pokemon in that kind of environment due to his background.
And @Iron, I need some stats for that small combee. I'll also have to do all the book keeping in a little over 4 hours since I'm at work currently.
Larry will see her from the window of the diner he is at and will walk up to her and ask her what shes doing and all that stuff and then Larry will ask what shes doing and ask if he could help
